Former President Donald J. Trump Found Guilty on All Counts

Former President Donald J. Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts related in his historic hush money trial, after twelve hours of jury deliberation, after 15 days of testimony, 20 witness, and 200 pieces of evidence.

The now convicted former President sat stoically while the jury read "guilty" to each of the counts. It seems unlikely that the verdict was a shock to the Trump team. Trump has been confronting the residue of his lengthy criminal history, which includes rewriting the clear line between legality and criminality.

Theranos Founder Guilty in Massive Wire Fraud Scheme

While many of Manhattan's wealthiest citizens may also cross the line daily, he chose to flagrantly grab the genitals of Lady Justice and she wasn't going to take it anymore.

What does this mean for the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential candidate? The now convicted former president, could withdraw from the race, and bow out gracefully with some level of dignity intact. That's doubtful.

The more likely scenario is that he will attempt to rally his base of marginalized, disenfranchised, right wing radicals, with a thunderous speech of injustice, reaching these voters on a personal level, appealing to this ingrained underlying seed of injustice that his base lives with daily. It is the rallying cry that fueled January 6, 2021, and he will tap that same vein rallying this base to violence if necessary.

It isn't about winning; it a hostile takeover, a business methodology that he is all too familiar with, and in fact a master at the tactics and skills needed to manipulate the minds of the American people with a disruptive disinformation campaign.

Now that his felonies are exposed; his base is blinded by the realities of truth and are calling it a liberal lynching, again not understanding the jury was made of common men and women, from all walks of life, all educations, all different socioeconomic status' and more importantly all agreed to my Trump prosecution team.

The verdict is more than symbolic, and the sentencing should be also. Granted, its white-collar crime, although it did alter the course of history, which is doubtful that it will play into the sentencing. Judge Juan Merchan has been a stickler for justice throughout and will more than likely remain dedicated to serving justice.

So, what sentence do you impose on a former president. The issue is now that the man before him is no longer presumed innocent. He is guilty. The sentencing, which by the time July 11, that the sentence is passed, the American people will know every nuance associated with sentencing recommendations.

Justice Watch: Jealousy, Greed, and The Seven Deadly Sins – The Victim X Story Pt.3

One thing is certain that as a white-collar felon, former President Trump will likely be sentenced to minimum security prison, which is the usual sentencing received by white collar criminals, such as Martha Stewart who, in 2024 was found guilty for Conspiracy and Obstruction of Justice and served five months, and more recently Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, and her partner Ramesh "Sunny" Balwani, each receiving a sentence of more than a decade.

It's doubtful, as the goal is justice, that Trump will be free to continue his campaign and once again through fraud, deceit, and trickery hoodwink the American people into electing a felon for President.
