President Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, after the harrowing near intentional downing of the Flydubai aircraft indicating he would "hit Tehran very hard," if evidence links the regime with the attempted hijacking.
The President's job approval rating, according to The New York Times for the period ending October 3, 2026, of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President decreased by 1% to 37% and those who disapprove of his effectiveness as president increased by 1% to 60%. A slight 3% of the population polled have no opinion. Ratings are calculated weekly.

Cornell Fraternity Gang Rape Allegation
Allegations of a 2024 gang rape at the Chi Phi Fraternity, located on the Cornell University campus, in upstate New York, came to light this week, after a lawsuit naming seven fraternity brothers was filed in New York State Supreme Court.
The lawsuit which alleges that Jane Doe, who was unable to give consent, after being plied with drugs and alcohol, was repeatedly raped over seven hours, in which she was in and out of consciousness, and drugged with Ketamine.
Cornell University President Michael I. Kotlikoff was notified and in an admission of knowledge of the incident, expelled two students and made the others write essays, of some kind. The essays have not been made public. One of the accused students has recently filed a lawsuit against the university to have the disciplinary actions removed from his academic records.

Shop Still Open?
The frat house Friday night mentality, which encourages an excessive culture of booze, bitches, and blow, misogyny, and violence against women, is not a new phenomenon, and has been the subject of much debate, and little action, across elite universities, who use the brotherhood of the fraternity to indoctrinate an entitled belief that follows many of these members throughout their career.
Hazing, which often includes extreme consumption of high alcohol content liquor, when it results in death or life-threatening injury, receives greater attention and is more likely to result in criminal prosecution than rape, and the shocking sexual perversions and misogynistic attitudes that these unrestrained malevolent college men, who believe they are destined for greatness, exhibited.
The road to prosecution is not easy. For Jane Doe, who did not have a rape examination, prosecution will be even more difficult. Even with a police report, her texts messages, which have already received media attention, failed, initially, to use the word rape and included some permission.
"New York State has rigid standards for criminal allegations of rape, requiring evidence of either "forcible compulsion" or "incapacity to consent," often meaning physical helplessness. Furthermore, if an accuser in New York State was "voluntarily intoxicated," she cannot argue that she was mentally incapable of consent. (In June, the New York State Senate passed a bill that would close what is known as the "voluntary intoxication loophole"; it now awaits action in the State Assembly.)," The New Yorker reported.
For many, the measurement of truth does not include actual evidence, a rape examination, clothing, semen, or other DNA, it rests on the women's actions after the sexual assault. If she is coherent and presumably in her "right" mind, she is deemed a liar, if she is inconsolable and weepy, she is exhibiting remorse for her actions and deemed a liar. Essentially women are deemed a liar when they report rape. If they demand justice from the beginning, then they are considered to strong and a liar.
Even when motive is obvious, be it greed, jealousy, profit or hatred, or in the Cornell case "free pussy" with no obligation, and the conclusions are easily drawn, a motivated detective can turn a six weeks investigation into a decades old cold case.

New York State AG Named Special Prosecutor
New York State Governor Kathy Hochel has named New York State Attorney General Letitia James as the Special Prosecutor replacing the Thompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten.
"Gov. Kathy Hochul said she had signed an executive order appointing the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James as the special prosecutor to oversee the investigation, which had initially been closed without charges in 2024. [. . .] "Newly released information continues to raise serious questions about the investigation conducted by the Cornell Police Department and the decision by the Tompkins County District Attorney not to prosecute an alleged sexual assault on Cornell University's campus in October 2024," Hochul said," APNews.com reported.
President Trump, who was forced to pay a judgement to E. Jean Carroll who alleged the president raped her, which he denied, renewed his attacks on New York Attorney General Letitia James telling the media, the "Cornell 7" will not get a "fair shake," if the AG is involved in the handling of the case.

How Many Times Before The System Changes
Jane Doe of Cornell is not the only rape victim to be mistreated and abused by the system. Emma Sulkowicz of Columbia University carried a single twin mattress around campus in protest, when the university failed to suspend a fellow student she alleged raped her. The student had several similar complaints from other females. When she graduated the then Columbia President Lee Bollinger, turned his back on her, refused to shake her hand as she carried her mattress across the stage and accepted her degree.
Duke University had a similar rape scandal, in 2015, when woman attended an off-campus fraternity party, was given a drink and black out. No charges were filed, and as rape is accepted on college campus, the attitude serves as a platform for life, and many abusers choosing professions which create the same fraternity and sorority comradery, and it isn't long before those perverse behaviors and attitude surface.
The Hudson County, New Jersey case is similar, a female renter ambushed in her home, a rape test that confirmed GHB, and detectives that had no interest in pursuing justice. They did, however, allegedly have an interest in using this case for their own benefit and gain.
For the young women, from these elite universities, hopefully, the spotlight on this insidious culture of permitted sexual violence will be exposed and the attitudes destroyed. The alpha male dominant philosophy, which places the value of men above women and is as prevalent in male dominated professions, including law enforcement
While the Shield Law, allows women to maintain their anonymity and includes other provisions including sexual history. Prosecutors and detectives will often see this as a pressure point, and draw conclusions such as she will not be able to handle the backlash. Using the traditional emotional makeup of women, many prosecutors believe that shame will incapacitate and cause them to derail, eventually and stop seeking justice. So, allowing time to run its course, expecting the emotional derailment, is often a strategy.
When the perpetrator is affluent, as in this case, the parents of the affluent children will create a culture of exclusion, often squeezing, like a boa constrictor, each opportunity until the victim has no choice but to relocate and hopefully, out of the purview of the perpetrators.
Then, the victims will be forced to confront harassment, derogatory statements, defamations, harangued, criticized, demonized, shamed, and be subject to a double standard, as society, and a jury of peers, which usually are comprised of those registered voters who are traditionally older, and who believe that sexual experimentation, even in our modern culture still renders the woman (only) a whore, a cock-tease, a slut, but never, even when the sexual act becomes un-consensual, a victim.

Family of Ice Murder Victim Renee Good Files Lawsuit
The family of Renee Good, the Minneapolis woman shot at point blank range by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, as she was attempting to maneuver her vehicle away from an escalating situation, has filed two civil suits.
Good's shocking murder was captured by multiple cellphone cameras and followed by days of protest which resulted in the murder of Alex Pretti, 37, an ICU nurse, who was executed gangland style, with ICE firing up to ten rounds in his back, while he was in the fetal position on the ground.
"Renee's death was not an accident," lawyers for Good's family said in a statement. "It was the predictable result of a coordinated campaign by senior officials in this administration to target Minnesotans of Somali or Hispanic origin and silence anyone who dared to raise their voice in protest," The Washington Post reported.
The excessive force in Good and Pretti's case, both of whom were American citizens, and both of whom had the right to engage in peaceful protest, enforces to the nation and the world, that the current administration has lost control, and each agency is acting independently participating in unrestrained combative actions, whether those actions result in the deaths of American citizens, allies, or enemies.

Coronavirus Total
At the order of the President of the United States, the U.S. no longer recognizes the value of The World Health Organization. The CDC has recommended every person from age six months, including senior citizens should receive at least one shot of an updated COVID-19 vaccine, annually. The death toll from Covid-19 has dramatically decreased, as has transmission of the virus. Even as confirmed new cases continue each week, fewer are dying from each new variants.
For the 7 days ending October 3, 2026, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reported by the World Health Organization remained constant 29,163 to 779,395,900. Flydubai Attempted Hijacking
An attempted terrorist attack on Flydubai Flight 1073, on route to Tel-Aviv from Dubai, was thwarted by a quick thinking pilot, who was being stabbed by his co-pilot in the locked cockpit, understood the only way to save the 180 passengers on board, was to open the cockpit door.
"The pilot accused of stabbing his partner"apparently tried to crash the aircraft with everyone on board," Netanyahu said in a video address. He said he had spoken with an Israeli passenger who, along with a crew member, "managed to force their way into the cockpit, and together they subdued the pilot who had carried out the stabbing as he was trying to sabotage the plane's systems," The Washington Post reported.
Passengers explained the plane began to nosedive, as the pilot had lost control, and the co-pilot was attempted to drive the Boing 737 Max into the ground. The plane was brought under control after about ten minutes, media outlets have reported.
Indian Pilot, Capt. Smit Machchhar, gave a hospital bed interview and spoke with India's Prime Minister Modi, and explained he understood the only way to save the passengers was to get the door open.
A pilot, who happened to be on board, managed to land the plan safely in Saudi Arabia.

Tennessee Execution Botched
After the United State Supreme Court failed to intervene and issue a stay, the execution of Christa Pike, the longest serving female of death row, was initiated, with horrendous results.
Pike, who was convicted of the vicious and brutal murder a fellow student who she believed had designs on her boyfriend, failed to die during the first dose of phenobarbital and when a second was administered she slept.
After the failed execution attempt Pike was transferred to a local hospital where she is listed in critical condition. Shocked over the botched lethal injection, Pike's attorney explained, "they believed problems with the IV lines caused the lethal drug pentobarbital to flow into her body instead of her bloodstream. "Apparently at no point did any member of the execution team realize that the IV lines were not correctly placed or that the veins had blown and that the pentobarbital was, in whole or in part, entering Ms. Pike's body,"' APNews.com reported.
In 1996 Pike and two others lured Colleen Slemmer to a remote area, where they brutally murdered her. Pike reportedly carried her a portion of her skull around, as a trophy showing it to friends before her arrest.
While the death penalty is a hotly debated issue, for those states who do chose to include the penalty in the state constitution, ensuring the execution method used is effective and phenobarbital injection is created in a controlled environment by a medical professional.
Pike is currently receiving life-saving care, to flush the phenobarbital from her system. If she survives, given the fact that executions have now been suspended until further review, Pike will certainly get a reprieve, how long, no one knows.
Pike did not protest her innocence in her last moments and appeared to accept the judgement of her crime. Mustering sympathy for the outcome, and the anguish or pain she may be feeling is useless. She committed heinous acts and her punishment is death, and she received the same sentence she passed onto her victim, excruciating pain, torture and torment until the last breath.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced Department of Corrections Commissioner Frank Strada will be vacating his position. Tennessee has halted all executions until further notice.
