Koroche Short Film Festival - The Best Short Films on The Big Screen

Short Film Festival "Koroche" together with KARO.Art release the almanac "I love shorter." It will become one of the events dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the festival and in celebration the KARO cinemas will showcase the festival.

You can watch short films on the big screen from May 26 at the KARO cinema chain in seven cities - Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Surgut, and Kaliningrad. On May 25, a premiere screening will take place at the Oktyabr cinema center.

The collection includes the winners of the festival "In short 2021", including Anton Dyakov's film "Boxing Ballet", nominated for "Oscar" this year, the debut directorial work of actor Anton Filipenko - "Fluger", "Crossroads" by Anna Nosatova with Kirill Kyaro in the title role, comedy "How to kindle an extinct fire" with Aglaya Tarasova. Andrey Merzlikin and Roza Khairullina can be seen in Gleb Ross' fantasy comedy The White Heterosexual Man, Avako tells the story of young Anya's falling in love with a punk, and Tramp Bro is a young rapper who collects stories of the homeless. In total, the almanac contains seven short films that were presented in the main competitive program of the festival last year.

The festival "Koroche" this year is scheduled for August 19-21. You can apply for participation in the competition program on the official website of the festival.

The Association of Short Film Producers, together with the Koroche festival, plans to develop the distribution of short films and is waiting for films to be considered. You can also offer your film for rental on the website of the show.
