Private Telluride Mountain Estate Expected To Sell for $18 Million At Auction

A private mountain estate centrally located in the heart of world-renowned ski town Telluride will sell to the highest bidder next month as part of Concierge Auctions' "Winter Portfolio" auction sale in New York City.

300 Elks Park is a third-story condominium penthouse with 360-degree views, four bedrooms and four bathrooms comprised of 6,235 square feet.

The modern residence was made for hosting and entertaining including limestone flooring reclaimed from castles in Europe, a spacious dining area with a country kitchen, and an 1,100-square-foot great room.

In addition to a theater room, billiards room and three outdoor decks, the property is a short walk from Telluride's fine dining, shopping, vibrant culture, and skiing.

Currently offered at $18 million, the property will sell without reserve in cooperation with Michael Wentworth of Telluride & Mountain Village Properties and Rosie Cusack of Telluride Luxury Rentals & Real Estate, Inc.

It is one of 17 properties from around the world Concierge Auctions will be selling on December 20 in New York City.

Bidders will be able to participate in person or via the company's custom mobile bidding app – Instant Gavel – from anywhere in the world.

"300 Elks Park is one of the finest ski properties in all of Colorado — not only because it's a stone's throw from some of the state's best terrain, fishing, hiking, biking, and world-class festivals and arts, but also because it's located in the center of historic and beautiful Telluride," Wentworth stated.
