Biden Maintains Trump Ban on Chinese Companies

President Biden announced this week the continuing ban on U.S. Investment into companies in the People's Republic of China that contribute to the manufacturing of military or surveillance which intentionally facilities human rights abuses.

"This Emergency Order prevents U.S. investment from supporting the Chinese defense sector, while also expanding the U.S. Government's ability to address the threat of Chinese surveillance technology firms that contribute, both inside and outside China, to the surveillance of religious or ethnic minorities or otherwise facilitate repression and serious human rights abuses. It signals that the Administration will not hesitate to prevent U.S. capital from flowing into the PRC's defense and related materiel sector, including companies that support the PRC's military, intelligence, and other security research and development programs; or into Chinese companies that develop or use Chinese surveillance technology to facilitate repression or serious human rights abuse," The Biden administration said in a fact sheet.

Former National Security Director John Ratcliffe turned up the heat on the Chinese government with his opinion piece published in December 2020 in The Wall Street Journal. He named China as the number one threat to the United States.

The Biden Administration agrees with the assessment of the Chinese threat and strengthens and increases the former ban by prohibiting any person in the United States from the purchase or sale of any publicly traded security listed in the annex.

"The executive order does not provide detail on how the surveillance technology has been used, but U.S. officials have frequently expressed alarm over facial recognition and other surveillance tools that China has employed against its Uyghur minority population, and against pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong," The Washington Post reported.

The ban on surveillance is long overdue, as the Chinese have been perfecting this technology since the early 2000s.

A group of Chinese nationals in New York City, had access to the molar implant technology detailed in the Associated Press article, "Pentagon's Diary Gets Personal."

The article explained the Pentagon had put out for contract bid, an invasive implant style circular disc that would have eradicated terrorism. The ACLU raised protests and concerns over the violations of privacy. The refusal to use the implant on terror subjects held in Guantanamo Bay proves the lack of determination by the United States to eradicate terrorism.

It remains a mystery how the most advanced terrorist technology ever developed to that date fell into the hands of a group of Chinese nationals in Manhattan. It was either hijacked, stolen or presented to a law firm as the expectation of defense contracts seemed plausible.

In order to facilitate widespread implementation Chinese dentists would be key to furthering the boots on the ground surveillance of American citizens, theft of Intellectual property, habits, in order to undermine American society.

The technology became the prototype for deep surveillance of citizens around the world and the gamification system initiated in the People's Republic of China.

Wuhan 90 Day Review Status

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked in a Press Conference over the report that President Biden waited to investigate the possibility that the Wuhan Bio-Terror lab had manufacture the Coronavirus and either released it or allowed it to be released.

She replied, "the President asked his intelligence team to do an internal assessment, which happens all the time.  We rarely talk about that publicly.  We obviously took the step to declassify that, and that's something that he did early on in his administration."

Cyber Ransomware Attacks

The recent Colonial Fuel Pipeline ransomware attack followed quickly by the JBS beef producer, showcased a vulnerability in the digital ecosystem that just recently has become a topline priority at the FBI and led to the creation of a Justice Department Task Force.

"By identifying ransomware as a priority, the task force will increase training and dedicate more resources to the issue, seek to improve intelligence sharing across the department, and work to identify "links between criminal actors and nation-states,"' according to the memorandum," The Wall Street Journal reported.

President Biden has announced he will breech the subject when he speaks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in June.

Trump Receives Facebook Ban

The Capitol Siege, which occurred five months ago, on January 6, 2021, may be reduced to a shocking moment in the history of the Trump Administration and still the fall out continues as social media giant, Facebook, has upheld a ban against the former president for the next two years.

Facebook, which is used by roughly 3.45 billion worldwide, suspended the former president from it platform immediately after the January 6, 2021 insurrection and after months of investigation, and will last until January 2023, the beginning of the next Presidential election year cycle.

January 6, 2021 was the day the electoral votes were tabulated, and the election results confirmed. Social media had played a large part in gathering a crowd of pro-Trump supporters, many of whom were defiant and would willingly resort to violence to "stop the steal" as they proclaimed.

CA High Court Strikes Down Assault Weapons Ban

A U.S. District Court judge struck down, Friday, the fifteen-year ban on assault weapons, comparing the AK-15 automatic weapons to a Swiss Army knife.

"In a 94-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez of the Southern District of California said that sections of the state ban in place since 1989 regarding military-style rifles violate the Second Amendment. Benitez characterized the assault weapons Californians are barred from using as not "bazookas, howitzers or machine guns" but rather "fairly ordinary, popular, modern rifles,"' The Washington Post reported.

The ban which shocked and surprised many, openly opposes the Biden Administration war on gun violence. A thirty-day injunctive stay was immediate as California's Attorney General, Rob Bonta, plans to challenge the ruling.

Southern Baptist Mishandled Sex Abuse Cases

The Southern Baptist Convention, a religious organization of which many American churches are denominationally and organizationally affiliated are now facing new allegation of mishandling of sexual harassment claims.

The 14 page letter, which can be seen here, details allegations of systemic racism, gross mistreatment of African-Americans within the Southern Baptist ecosystem, and the crisis of sexual abuse, mistreatment of sexual abuse survivors, the "spiritual and psychological abuse of sexual abuse survivors" harassment and further abuse for demanding justice, and the misinterpretation of scripture to rationalize the treatment, harassment and sexual assault violations which some even interpret as permission for rape and sexual violence.

Russell Moore, the former head of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, the author of the letter "took direct aim at several members of the SBC's Executive Committee, the group based in Nashville that runs the business of the convention and handles its finances. He described the "spiritual and psychological abuse of sexual abuse survivors by the Executive Committee itself," as well as "a pattern of attempted intimidation of those who speak on such matters," The Washington Post reported.

Without a deeper investigation the systemic abuses perpetrated by this organization and others, as the media has reported, Southern Baptist Convention is not the only organization that has been poisoned with poor leadership misinterpretation of scripture, a belief system that has been so rationalized that with deepest sincerity leaders will explain rape is of god.

Survivors who demand justice are met with resistance from judicial organizations who align themselves with the patriarchal view, instead of utilizing the evidence, and feel more comfortable believing the religious rock star fantasy which is usually the reverse, which organizations perpetuate in order to maintain Sunday morning offering.

The effort to silence victims is not biblical or God's will, the effort is purely financial. Ministers depend on Sunday morning offering to maintain their empires, or even on a smaller scale to simply pay the bills. if the reputation is damaged by an allegation of sexual assault, rape, or pedophilia, the finances dry up and the fame of Sunday morning preacher is gone. Mounting a denigrate, defame, and destroy campaign is always the modus operandi is of the religious organization faced with allegations.

Justice Watch: And They Got Away With It (Part 4)

F. Lee Bailey, Acclaimed Litigator, Dead

F. Lee Bailey, one of the infamous Dream Team lawyers at the murder trail of O.J. Simpson, has died. He was 87.

Bailey, who took on the most challenging and high-profile cases, defended Heiress Patty Hearst, who had been kidnapped and forced to participate in an armed robbery, and was successful in reversing the conviction of Dr. Sam Sheppard, who had been convicted of murdering his pregnant wife, and secured an acquittal at the second trial. He also represented the Boston Strangler.

His most notorious and headline grabbing role came when he joined the defense team for former football great, O.J. Simpson, who had been accused of murdering his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.

The televised trail became the precursor to the public's insatiable appetite for cold case crime stories, forensic analysis and other investigation shows which unpack and dig deep into the evidence.

Not only did he use the media to further his career, but he intentionally antagonized the judicial system provoking jurists into challenging his high-flying courtroom antics and skirting the edge of legality.

"He was censured by a Massachusetts judge in 1970 for "his philosophy of extreme egocentricity," and was disbarred for a year in New Jersey in 1971 for talking publicly about a case. Bailey was disbarred in Florida in 2001 and in Massachusetts for the way he handled millions of dollars in stock owned by a convicted drug smuggler in 1994. He spent almost six weeks in federal prison charged with contempt of court in 1996 after refusing to turn over the stock. The experience left him "embittered." He eventually won the right to practice law in Maine in 2013," Foxnews.com reported.

Bailey died in Atlanta where he had moved to be near his son.
