The venue's full buyout configuration includes 87 racing simulators, three permanent bars, one portable bar and 19 large televisions—including a 9-foot LED screen at the main bar—making it ideal not only for Formula 1 Grand Prix™ Watch Parties, but also conferences, brand activations or large-scale celebrations. Private events can also test their reflexes with additional competitive games, including React, which are more exhilarating ways to bond with teammates, colleagues, friends or family.

F1® Arcade Las Vegas' private Briefing Room features a 19-foot bar, 23 racing simulators and dedicated dining and seating options for up to 220 guests, along with AV capabilities and an exclusive Strip-facing terrace; for groups seeking smaller accommodations, this room can be divided into two private spaces.

To fuel up, guests can indulge in F1 Arcade's tempting culinary menu, which took inspiration from cities around the globe that host Formula 1 races. Groups can enjoy array of shareable dishes including everything from Dynamite Fried Chicken (chili, lemon aioli), Impossible "Bulgogi" Tostada (Gochujang, shaved cabbage, kimchi, avocado crema) and Chipotle Tiger Shrimp Tacos (pickled daikon, cucumber, ginger, ponzu) to the Wagyu Beef Sliders (smoked aged cheddar, horseradish, pickled red onion) and Grandstand Seafood Tower (market oysters, chilled lobster, poached prawns, king crab, classic mignonette, citrus aioli, house-made cocktail sauce).

Complementing the menu a variety of beverage packages inclusive of wine, beer, seltzers and liquor selections. Planners can opt to go all in and specify their package include F1 Arcade's full roster of signature cocktails and "Designated Driver" zero-proof drinks concocted by Lauren Paylor "LP" O'Brien, winner of the first season of Netflix's "Drink Masters." Among the spirited libations on the venue's excellent drink menu include My Night in Vegas (rye, ginger, yuzu, celery bitters, blueberry peat foam), She's in the Lead (cucumber and rose gin, lemon, blueberry wine, rose, egg white) and Sparks Will Fly (rum blend, coconut, chamomile, lime, aromatic bitters, sparked spices). Zero-proof Designated Drivers include Mule in the Paddock (Almave Mule, spiced ginger, lime, soda), Cool Down Lap (Pentire Adrift Negroni, Coastal Spritz, Roots Divino Rosso, Mallorca Melon) and the Phantom Overtake (Pentire Seaward Paloma, Cucumber Cordial, grapefruit, dill air) among others.
