The Academy Awards - Updates from the Winners Room

The 96th Academy Awards have finally arrived and Haute-Lifestyle.com Publisher Janet Walker is live and in the winner's room where more than 300 members of the global media have gathered and are waiting to interview the Oscar winners.

The journey to the Academy Awards have been a tumultuous trek, and so many strong talent contenders were surprisingly left out when the nominations were announced. Throughout the season some award nominees seemed to separate from the group of talent, all of whom are deserving of mention and notice, and deliver the magic, a single element that sets their performance apart.

Anatomy of a Fall Review – Riveting Crime Drama, A Must See

Scoring the highest grossing film of the year does not necessarily equate to Oscar gold, or even in the case of Greta Gerwig's Barbie, a Best Director nomination, as the academy has notoriously gravitated to serious films. Although it is possible the movie that gained legions of global fans will pick up some of the bling. Wins for Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer seem sure and Martin Scorsese's Killer's of the Flower Moon is expected to share the golden statuettes.

Here's to another great year of theatrical releases, streaming, big budget blockbusters and the indies that seem to capture the heart with resonating performances that stand the test of time.

Haute-Lifestyle.com will be updating live. Winner's will be in bold.
