Realist Web Fest Announces Date Changes

The dates of the third International Festival of Web Serials, Realist Web Fest, have, announced date changes for this year's annual web series festival. The new dates are July 29 to August 1 in Nizhny Novgorod.

Realist Web Fest is the only festival in Russia where the best web projects from all over the world are presented. Since 2018, it has been held twice in Nizhny Novgorod - last year the review was canceled due to the pandemic. The festival takes part in the International web series championship (Web Series World Cup, WSWC) , which determines the best web projects worldwide.

Acceptance of applications for participation in the main competition continues until May 31. Web series produced in 2019-2021 can apply for participation in the festival. in any language. The project must contain at least two finished episodes. All projects that were sent in the previous year also take part in the selection. More than 1,500 applications from more than 60 countries were submitted to participate in the festival last year.
