In this unique vitural book launch event, Weggemann will take a deeper dive into her journey and expand on using the power of hope and resilience to overcome circumstances. Singer/songwriter Joshua Radin also will make a special musical appearance during the event.

"Mallory Weggemann is an inspiration to people around the globe, particularly adaptive athletes," said Clayton Frech, founder of Angel City Sports. "We are honored and grateful that Mallory is donating proceeds from her book launch to Angel City Sports."

"Angel City Sports is a wonderful organization that is impacting the lives of adaptive athletes and their communities," notes Mallory Weggemann. "It is so meaningful to me that through the virtual launch party of my book, LIMITLESS, we will be able to raise funds to help make sport accessible for all."

In 2008 as a college freshman, a routine medical procedure left Weggemann paralyzed from the waist down. With the support of her family, community and friends, she began her recovery and returned to competitive swimming. In less than two years, she eight world records, and by the 2012 Paralympic Games, Weggemann held 15 world records and 34 American records. Weggemann represented Team USA at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games and won two gold medals and a silver at the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships.
