The Brink Of, from 4G Digital, presents a captivating coming-of-age romantic dramady, that shares the journey of a pop duo as they navigate their feelings, fame, and the possibility of spoiling the process that led to their success.
The film begins with Lena, played by Nicolette Norgaard, and James, played by Tim Hoffmann, singing their hit song during a radio desk tour. As The radio show host, played by Yael Tygiel, introduces them and when the song is finished, she begins an interview, which leads them back to where it all began.

The film has a slow hook, meaning that it begins at the end of the film and takes the audience through the journey that brought them to this place. This place as the film begins is an interview where they are singing. Before we hear the story and are slowly pulled into the world, the beginning note seems all wrong. However, once the song is over and we begin to walk with the duo, the film slowly hooked me and I enjoyed how they character grew and developed.
