President Trump, by pushing his country towards a frenzied isolationism and presenting himself as only concerned with the United States, he finally proves to be an outstanding interventionist, acting everywhere when Uncle Sam's homeland can benefit from it.
He who wanted to be the embodiment of isolationism, the heir of the Monroe Doctrine, here he is on all fronts, blowing hot and cold certainly but finally everywhere and almost unavoidable. Donald Trump, a multi-faceted president, is transforming himself from economist to diplomat with disconcerting ease, without guaranteeing the minimum expected results.

However, by bombing Iran's nuclear facilities in support of Israel, by maintaining with more or less firmness his support for wounded Ukraine, by multiplying crises with the sole aim of pushing his interlocutors to give in to his will, the President of the United States has developed a backwards interventionist policy.
Oil and Peace
But, make no mistake, these military supports and decisions all have one and the same goal: to preserve the United States' place in the world. The bombing of Iran's nuclear facilities: to cut short the Israeli intervention and to ensure acceptable oil prices, the United States being a major consumer of black gold from Saudi Arabia, a country sensitive to the stability of the Middle East.

His support for Ukraine, regardless of the public humiliation inflicted on Volodymyr Zelensky? Stand up to Vladimir Putin in order to limit his expansionist tendencies in Eastern Europe. It is therefore clear that Trump's interventionism is not guided by the desire to establish peace for peace's sake, but peace for the continuity of business and the political stability of countries displayed as potential customers in the future. As a businessman, pragmatic and cynical, Donald Trump has understood that the future of his country depends on variable diplomacy, a preamble to future profits.

Gaza and Disappearance
Guided by the sole greatness of the United States throughout the world, in the face of an ever more aggressive China on the commercial level, especially in Africa which is so rich in natural resources (rare earths, oil, precious metals, uranium,...), the United States of Donald Trump poses as a defender of business law and too bad if Gaza is dying under bombs (Note that the United States is not the only nation to witness the deliberate and planned disappearance of the Palestinian enclave, or even more, by the Jewish state).
What a paradox, then, that history will perhaps remember as such, to see a president openly closed to the world but open to it when it presents itself as a possible economic outlet. Here again, the United States is not the only one to act in this way. Other nations also do it more discreetly, but often with the same results. So, what is the right method?
