Janet Walker is the founder of Pulse Point Productions, Inc.  At present, she is the Publisher and Executive Editor for Haute-Lifestyle.com.

She is a Pulitzer Prize nominated Journalist. "Cops Conspire to Deep Six Sex Assaults,"  two parts of a  seven piece investigative series, was submitted, for Pulitzer Prize consideration in On-line Breaking News, and was based on an on-going investigation into a series of heinous sexual assaults committed in Hudson County, NJ and the subsequent cover-up. 

She was the first journalist to break the story of Victim X and the only journalist to cover the explosive story while laboring to maintain the confidentiality of the Victim’s identity. The investigative series was rejected by the Pulitzer Prize committee administrator.

She has covered the entertainment and luxury beats on both coasts resulting in celebrity interviews with Angelina Jolie, Jeff Bridges, Hugh Jackman, AVATAR Producer Jon Landau and Director Oliver Stone and many other A-List talent, directors and producers. 

She has been a credentialed member of the media for top industry events including The Academy Awards (Day of Show Winner's Room), The Longines Master, Tribeca Film Festival, AFI Film Festival, Moscow International Film Festival, Denver Film Festival, Fashion Week events from Paris, Milan, New York, as well as an invited member of the press for Hollywood premieres, media junkets, and film screenings in New York, London and Los Angeles.

Ms. Walker honed her news reporting skills as the News Editor at Suffolk County Community College, a prestigious Long Island Community College, where she assisted in turning an obscure student paper into a well respected and nationally recognized newspaper. For her efforts she, was nominated for and, received entry into Who's Who in America's Junior Colleges. Upon graduating, she spent the summer freelancing at The Port Times, in Port Jefferson, Long Island.

She continued her education at New York University, where she sharpened her journalistic skills and training. She graduated, respectfully, with a major in Journalism and a minor in American History. She holds two marketing certificates from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School and an additional certificate in Digital Advertising from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

She has maintained a twenty year publishing career that includes news, fashion, luxury, culinary, philanthropy, celebrity interviews and entertainment coverage in print, newspaper, magazine and digital. 

She is the author of five award-winning full length screenplays, "The Six Sides of Truth," "The Assassins of Fifth Avenue," "The Wednesday Killer," "The Manhattan Project," and "Project 13: The Last Day."

She is a member of the Author's Guild, The Los Angeles Press Club, Online News Association, National Writers Union UAW Local 1981/AFL-CIO, the International Federation of Journalists, Northwest Screenwriter's Guild, and The International Thriller Writers Association.

At funding, she will maintain Co-Publisher and Executive Editor duties at Haute-Lifestyle.com and continue to write career defining exposés as well as attend major events, for coverage, in the luxury, entertainment and travel space.
