Former President Donald Trump Arraigned

Former President Donald J. Trump was arraigned this week in a Manhattan courtroom on 34 felony charges accused of falsifying business documents, relating to his pre-president business dealings and hush money paid to former porn star Stormy Daniels.

Trump, whose Trump International headquarters are in New York State, arrived from Florida aboard his private plane. As a former president he remains under secret service protection and with his security detail sworn to protect his life, he was permitted to enter through a side entrance where a four SUVs were parked.

Once the former president entered the courtroom, along with his team of attorney's, the extended hearing, which lasted nearly 45 minutes, was punctuated with Trump pleading not guilty to all counts. Remaining sedate during his appearance in the courtroom, Trump, the first former president to be indicted, maintained his composure and refused to speak with media who had been camped outside the door of the courtroom.

"Trump's indictment was handed up by a grand jury that had been convened by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who said in a statement that Trump "repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal crimes that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election," CBSnews.com reported.

Outside the 100 Centre Street courthouse, it was a crush of media in hopes of capturing the expected clash between Pro Trump supporters lead by Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green who showed up to lead a "peaceful protest" in support of the former president and to capture as much of the media spotlight as possible and those very vocal New Yorkers who rage against Trump at every chance. About 450 people, 300 pro-Trump supporters and 150 anti-trump protestors, each with their own definitive messaging, awaiting the arrival of the former president.

After the former president returned to Mar-a-Lago, Trump's Palm Beach residence, his firebrand messaging attacking Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg, New York Supreme Judge Juan Merchan, his wife, Lauren, and daughter, who allegedly has political ties to Vice President Kamala Harris, was resurrected.

While many in the media chose not to report on his remarks, as they considered the remarks inflammatory and part of the divisive politics the public has come to expect and has tolerated from the beginning of his first presidential campaign.

The next steps in what has already been a lengthy effort to secure the indictment, will now become a series of motions, and wrangling and even as legal analysts have predicted a drawn-out process, especially as the former president has made it clear he will not plead out to the charges or accept any guilt,

The 16-page indictment, which is available online, reiterates 34 instances of accusing "the defendant of the crime of Falsifying Business Records In The First Degree, in violation of Penal Law §175.10." Each of which stem from payments made to his former lawyer Michal Cohen.

The concept of "hush money" is not the issue, even as it is the issue. The issue remains the monies paid to someone within his business organization and then falsifying the records of the payment to appear as if they were legitimate services.

Faithful followers of the former president and expected 2024 GOP party Presidential nominee, rallied behind their beleaguered leader. Many believe the 34 instances of alleged business fraud would have been overlooked had the former president not run his 2016 presidential campaign similar to a hostile business takeover, and his prolonged post-presidential legal issues are retaliation for his disinformation campaign tactics which usurped an historic 2016 democratic win, and drove a stake into the heart of democracy, creating a chasm of political division.

With Trump expected to be a 2024 GOP contender, the effort to expose his closet of immoral and by extension unethical behaviors to force him to shed his façade under the media glare for all of America to see him as he truly is, which is supposed to make his base despise him, will in fact boomerang and cause his base to flock to him, in staunch support as his actions, of suppressing behavior with money is a foundation in the American judicial system.

People are paid for their silence. Corporate America pays through contractual obligation and severance package. Mistresses and one-night stands are paid to remain silent about the hidden room agendas. And more, hush money is paid for that very purpose to stop the salacious flow of personal and constitutionally protected information from recaching the itching ears of the media, or others.

The Constitution affords all citizens, even those who are in political office or celebrities a level of privacy. Donald Trump may be an unethical and immoral womanizer, who understands inciting his base, by association, those who believe his brand of political rhetoric divides a nation and cost America brings who ran a hostile takeover, and

Trump was not always as wealthy as he is today. His years of helming NBC's "The Apprentice" created his untouchable and envious wealth. For decades he was in favor with Manhattan's power brokers and judicial community. A socialite with a New York past, the man everyone loved or hated, not much has changed.

Medical Science: Transgenderism - The New Medical Standard

Trans Rights and Women's Sports In America

Transgender Rights, under the umbrella of equality and equal to the agenda the Gay and Lesbian Community has presented over the last four decades, has become the newest tier in the determined effort to squash women and girls from excelling through sports.

Cisgender females, those who live their assigned sex, are consistently confronting battlefields within the sports arena, as transsexual men who are now living as women, without the reassignment surgery, are demanding to be recognized understanding that failure for universities or other public institutions to allow them their "rights" will result in a discrimination lawsuit.

Transgender Rights will continue to evolve, and states governments should have the freedom to rule their states and enact laws which they deem proactive and representative of their state constituents.

"According to the American Civil Liberties Union, 19 states have enacted measures restricting transgender athletes in the past three years. Under a rule change to Title IX proposed by the Biden administration on Thursday, schools would not be able to "categorically" ban transgender athletes," The New York Times reported.

The law will never be considered inclusive by all citizens, which is why individuals move to states which represent their personal agendas, if one likes the snow or the sunshine, America has a state that will benefit both. The concept is Title IX, a federal law that provides women and girls the opportunity to excel in sports against their cisgendered peers.

Statistically before excelling at sports becomes a pursuit, the concept of competing against the opposite gender has no relevance nor are boys or girls harmed by intra-sports competition. Once students are dependent on sports to further their academic or professional careers the concept of trans competitors, which deny cisgendered female athletes honors, awards and scholarships becomes unacceptable.

The concept of a swimmer, unable to compete and excel against his cisgendered peers, decides in order to further his swimming career becoming a female swimmer at a liberal elite college, one that could not deny him rights under the law, would be most beneficial for his swimming career. Thus, he becomes she.

Unless reassignment surgery is in process, and not simply under counseling for this life changing decision, every court decision should rest with biological assignment, until altered, as the determining factor.

State legislation in Kanas recently adopted a strict definition of male and female as determined by gender assignment at birth. Many elected officials from the Republican Party, around the country, are repelling liberal LGBTQ rights in their states.

Medical Science: Fentanyl Holds America in its Grip as Overdose Deaths Soar

"Arkansas is among seven states that have banned transgender students from using school bathrooms and locker rooms associated with their gender identities, its law taking effect this summer. However, the Kansas measure also covers prisons, jails, rape crisis centers, domestic violence shelters and other spaces "where biology, safety or privacy" prompt separate facilities for men and women," APnews.com reported.

While the Supreme Court has weighed in on several Trans rights cases, the atmosphere feels more like Plessy v. Ferguson, the landmark 1896 legal opinion that established that a "separate but equal" federal statute regarding the place of African Americans in society instead of the 2020 Bostock v. Clayton County, case that stated it is "impossible to discriminate against a person" on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity without "discriminating against that individual based on sex."

Are we a separate but equal society within the community of heterosexuals and the LGBTQ community? We are, and we, heterosexual females, are not even equal.
