Gaza Humanitarian Aid Begins Arriving by Sea

In recent weeks, the magnitude of the Gazan Humanitarian crisis has reached shocking and outrageous heights with the cries of the starving, injured, and dying, echoing throughout the world, causing supporters of Israel's cause to question Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's methods.

To address the obstruction the United States, and other global aid organizations have encountered when attempting to supply humanitarian assistance to the Gaza region, various other aid delivery methods were explored. This week, the first shipment, a two-ton barge filled with grains and meals, arrived through the recently constructed dock allowing for barges to deliver much needed food and humanitarian assistance to Gazans via the Mediterranean Sea.

"The ship, arranged by the World Central Kitchen (WCK) charity, was carrying nearly 200 tons of aid, according to the organizers. It was delivered via a new jetty prepared in Gaza. A second ship was expected to sail soon," reported The Times of Israel.

The World Kitchen, founded by Michelin starred celebrity Chef Jose Anders, moved quickly to address the growing need to feed the millions of desperate and displaced Gazans and has reached more than 37million meals, as well as building a jetty that allows flat bottom barges to reach the shores so the two tons of food a barge can carry can be unloaded and distributed.

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House press secretary, explained President Biden position remains dedicated to ensuring humanitarian aid reaches those in need, and more that the delivery become less encumbered and more streamlined. She also stated the president is working on a long-term cease fire and needs Israel to "do more."

Which while not translated, the words "do more" can technically translate in this situation as allow more aid into Gaza, agree to a long-term cease fire, the exchange of remaining hostages, and begin the rebuild process.

Hunger as a Weapon of War

With hunger used as a weapon of war, the starving will act irrationally and aggressively to receive a breadcrumb, which in turn creates a hostile situation and allows for Israeli defense forces the freedom to use lethal force to stop the swell and surge of those hoping for a morsel or cup of grain.

"More than 100 Palestinians were reported killed as they swarmed aid trucks that entered Gaza City. Hamas blamed the Israel Defense Forces for a reported 119 deaths. The military maintained that most people were killed in a stampede and that troops stationed in the area did not open fire on the convoy itself as the Hamas terror group had claimed. Rather, a probe found that shots were fired at several Gazans who moved toward soldiers and a tank at an IDF checkpoint, in a way that "posed a threat to them," The Times of Israel reported.

Israel Continues Indiscriminate Ground, Air Attacks

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has remained steadfast in his effort to dismantle and eradicate the terror organization Hamas, which used the Gaza Strip, has a staging ground for terrorist actions targeted against Israel.

Netanyahu is doing the world a favor, with his dogged and persistent determination to destroy the structural base of Hamas in Gaza. Unfortunately, to achieve this goal he has created an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. The end goal of his pursuits is admirable, and applauded, the means, and methodology to achieve those goals, are alienating him from global support.

Former President Barack Obama addressed the Israeli government decision, "to cut off food, water and electricity to a captive civilian population [in Gaza] threatens not only to worsen a growing humanitarian crisis – it could further harden Palestinian attitudes for generations, erode global support for Israel, play into the hands of Israel's enemies, and undermine long-term efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region," The Guardian reported.

The time has come to cease the indiscriminate killing and murdering of innocent civilians, to cease the indiscriminate targeting of civilians by ground forces, and any indiscriminate military action that results in the murder of innocent civilians.

Further destruction of the Hamas organization structure, within Gaza and throughout Iran, Syria, and other known terror hiding places, needs to be accomplished through clandestine operations. The United States, and other global leaders would be more than willing to help attain this goal.

The distribution of Humanitarian Aid in Gaza must be allowed, not only in northern Gaza, in Gate 96, which is the region closest to the original October 7, targeted area, and the area where very few civilians remain, and the aid, while not wasted, doesn't reach the need of the millions of Gazans who still remain in southern Gaza.

Putin Orders "Election" of Occupied Ukraine

In a move identical to his staged election held after the initial occupation of Crimea, Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered an election be held in the occupied territories of Ukraine, forcing resident at gunpoint to cast ballots to secure the extension of the national boundaries of Russia, once again violating the territorial sovereignty of Ukraine.

"The staging of the election in occupied Ukraine is a violation of international law and Russia was condemned in a statement at the United Nations on Friday by Ukraine and 55 other nations for its "manifest disregard for the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity,"' reported The Washington Post.

Putin who continues his strategy to reunify imperial Russia, held the election to show the world, who has condemned the election and staged results, of "the people's will." Putin will continue to use military force to gain dominance and control over the occupied Ukraine.

Coronavirus Totals

According to the World Health Organization the increase in cases resulting from the variant JN.1 have migrated in a similar pattern as the original Covid-19 virus. The CDC has recommended every person from age six months, including senior citizens, should receive at least one shot of an updated covid vaccine. Vaccines and boosters are still considered the most effective agents against contracting the Coronavirus.

For the 7-day period ending March 17, 2024, the total of confirmed coronavirus cases worldwide reached 774,834,251 confirmed cases, an increase over the past 7 days of 62,309 cases worldwide. The total worldwide death toll increased by 1,670 to 7,037,007 deaths. The United States has stopped providing Covid data to the World Health Organization. (Data updated February 25, 2024, from The World Health Organization).

Road to the White House 2024 - Trump Secures Required Delegates; GOP Heavy Hitters Denounce Him

GOP Party Heavy Hitters Refuse to Endorse Trump

In presidential politics, the end goal is never about the leader it is about the ideologies of the party, and in 2024, with former president Donald Trump securing the required delegates to secure the GOP nomination, it would seem like the party leaders, past, present, and future, would be on board.

That is not the case. Former Vice President Mike Pence, who served during the Trump Administration, was asked to choose between the Constitution of the United States, the bedrock of our democracy, and the attempt by Trump to stop the certification process, Pence explains he chose the Constitution and remains dedicated to the Constitution.

"Pence declared: "Anyone who puts themselves over the Constitution should never be president of the United States and anyone who asks someone else to put them over the Constitution should never be president of the United States again," The Washington Post reported.

Detractors will take this statement as coming from someone who is disgruntled as he has not been chosen to join the former president on the ticket. And if former Vice President Mike Pence were the only Republican voicing concerns over the qualifications of Donald Trump, it would be easy to negate the comments.

World News: Europe and Tocqueville

That is not the case. What should be surprising, appears to glow as a neon truth to the qualifications of former President Donald Trump to lead the party.

In addition to Trump's own Vice-President, two other former Vice-Presidents' Dick Cheney, who served as VP during President George W. Bush tenure, and Vice-President Dan Quayle, who served under President George H.W. Bush, have also openly voiced concerns over Trump's qualifications to serve in the office of the president.

If it were only three former Vice-Presidents, the challenge could still be considered weak.

That is not the case. In addition to former Vice-Presidents, six Cabinet level officials, and 21 former cabinet officials, including William Barr, Mark Esper, Nikki Haley, John F. Kelly, Mick Mulvaney and Dan Coats have stated the former president is fundamentally unqualified to serve as president of the United States.

Six sitting GOP Senators, including Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Susan Collins (R-ME), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Mitt Romney (R-UT), Mike Rounds (R-SD), Todd Young, (R-IN) and six former senators have added their names to the swelling numbers of politicians, within the Republican party, who believe the former president is fundamentally unqualified to serve as president.

More than 25 current and former members of House of Representatives have openly stated the former president does not have the qualifications to serve as president.

The list of former and current politicians at the federal, state, and local level continues to grow. While there is not an alternative in the Republican party those, democrats, or republicans, who stand on the Constitution, which governs the very foundation of our nation, implore the voters of America to see past the façade and understand what is at stake in this upcoming election.

Another Former Trump Advisor Faces Prison

Peter Navarro, 74, an economist and aide to former president Donald Trump was ordered to report to prison while he waits for his appeal. A unanimous decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals District of Columbia circuit stated, Navarro "has not shown that his appeal presents substantial questions of law or fact likely," and has ordered him to report to prison in Miami on March 19, 2024 to serve his four month sentence.

Gerald Levin, Media Mogul, Dies

Gerald M. Levin, the media executive who is widely recognized as a "visionary" who led the failed AOL Time Warner merger, died this week. He was 84.

"A "visionary" media executive, as he was often described, who ran the world's largest media company, Time Warner, and became an architect of its merger with America Online, widely considered the worst corporate marriage in American history, died on Wednesday," reported The New York Times.

In the summer of 1997, Levin's son, Jonathan, a New York City school teacher, was murdered in his apartment on Manhattan's Upper West Side, allegedly by a former student. The loss of his son caused the grieving Levin to redefine the remainder of his career, leaving the east coast and relocating to Long Beach, California, where he lived until he passed away.

He is survived by his four children, and seven grandchildren.
