As potential buyers begin to arrive, the uninvited residents make their presence known, and for Mason, the need to drive the spirits of the dead from the home, hires a quirky psychic, Claire, played by Corinne Britti. To help her along the way Mason fills the house with crucifixes and keeps a clove of garlic in his pocket.

Soon the seance is underway, and the spirits arrive in droves and the curse on the house is revealed. This sets up the final act.

The props could have been more authentic. Other than that single scene the film moves quickly with unexpected twists and turns. The film delves into the occult with a light comedic touch, without exaggerating, and balances the supernatural with Christian props.
