MIFF: 42nd Moscow International Film Festival Announces Winners

The 42nd Moscow International Film Festival announced the juried prize winners with The FIPRESCI Prize going to "Hilda," directed by Rishi Palam, of Great Britain. Films from Romania, Russia, and Germany also received top honors.

The members of the short film jury were Russian producer Marina Zhigalova , director, screenwriter and producer Elena Khazanova (Switzerland), British director Guy Davis.

Prize of the Federation of Cinema Clubs of Russia "Thorny Look" for the best film of the Russian program - "About Lelya and Minka", Russia, directed by Anna Chernakova.

Audience Award - Blockade Diary, Russia, directed by Andrey Zaitsev.

InStyle magazine prize - actress Olga Ozzolapinya, "Blockade Diary", Russia, director Andrey Zaitsev.

Prize of the newspaper "Kommersant" - "Hypnosis", Russia, directed by Valery Todorovsky.
