Celebrity Real Estate News: Jane Fonda Reduces Trousdale Estate Listing After Only One Month

Two-time Oscar winner and actress extraordinaire, Jane Fonda is one of those rare versatile people who thrives and excels in all situations whether it be in the diverse homes she chooses or the roles she plays in film or in her personal life.

From Vogue cover model, dance teacher, acclaimed Hollywood and Broadway actress and war protester to selling over 17 million exercise videos at age 79, Fonda shows no signs of slowing down.  Jane has continued to make films and is currently co-starring with Lily Tomlin in the Netflix series Grace and Frankie.

Jane has owned and lived in many beautiful homes over the years from her New Mexico ranch where she lived in jeans and cowboy boots to her sleek and sophisticated home in the Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates which she has recently put on the market.

Purchased in 2012 with long time partner Richard Perry from TV director John Rich, Fonda said that she and Perry had looked at as many as 30 houses, but the moment she stepped onto this property, she knew it was the special one.

The residence includes the main level with its dining and living rooms, butler’s pantry and bar, office, and large chef’s kitchen with adjoining family room that opens to a terrace. The first floor houses the media room with a full bar, cork floors and a gym opening out to a pool terrace.

The master suite includes large walk-in closets and his-and-hers baths with steam shower, soaking tub and heated floors.  In addition to the outdoor viewing pavilion with fire pit, there is yet another special place - the meditation garden.  Listing agents are Jade Mills and Valerie Fitzgerald of Coldwell Banker Previews International.
