A 26-year old modern renaissance man who manages his days by seamlessly shifting from real estate mogul to entrepreneur to professional jetsetter, Emir graces the cover of the magazine's September issue and offers a rare glimpse into what drives him.

Heir to a generations-old Turkish real estate empire, Emir leveraged his heritage and passion for entrepreneurship to found New York-based Bahadiring Realty, a real estate brokerage and development firm encompassing all aspects of the newest technology available to the industry. Rise and shine: "I wake up evert day at 6 a.m. and go for a run, no matter where I am. I love seeing a city while it's quiet, before all the action starts."

On taking risks: "It's tough to measure how you stack up when it comes to taking risks. One litmus test I give myself is how resilient I am when I face rejection."

From hashtag to lifestyle brand: "My lifestyle brand, BAHADIRING, has come along organically from my Instagram following. The inspiration was to create products for men who are always busy and on the go, but need good quality and results."

On branching out from the family business:

"After I graduated from New York University, I decided to start my own brokerage firm in New York City. I felt that my family was already doing the best job possible in Turkish, Middle Eastern, and European real estate and that opening up in NYC would help me build my own business while extending that of my family's as well."

On expanding his lifestyle brand:

"BAHADIRING has come along organically from my Instagram following. With a growing following of over half a million, I've noticed how engaged people are in my travels and lifestyle. Therefore, launching products that I use in my daily life seems like the natural next step."

On leveraging new platforms:

"I come from a generation that has grown up surrounded by constantly evolving technology, so the possibilities presented by the digital world are always top of mind. The possibilities of the digital world are an integral part of my life, unlike the previous generations of my family."
