Technocel Announces New Vice President Thomas Nelson

Technocel, a global wireless accessory manufacturer and distributor, today announced the appointment of Thomas Nelson as Vice President - Business Strategy effective March 4, 2013. Mr. Nelson brings more than 25 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having previously served in various capacities with GE, AT&T, Ericsson and most recently, Sprint Nextel.

Tom's abilities to build relationships through integrity, hard work and dedication to improving customer's experiences will play a significant role in expanding our portfolio of products and dealer base."

Mr. Nelson has experience in leading efforts to make organizations world class in product development and emerging technologies for wireless communication products. Prior to Sprint Nextel, Tom served in sales, product development and marketing roles here in the U.S. as well as abroad. Tom began his career with General Electric Mobile Communications in Virginia where he and his family currently reside.

Mr. Nelson earned a bachelor's degree in Economic/Business from Randolph-Macon College and an MBA from Duke University. He has served on several Consumer Electronics Association board committees and has 3 patents in Bluetooth technology.
