President Biden spent this week working through the fallout of the recent SCOTUS decision that reversed the 50-year-old Roe v. Wade Abortion protection meeting with governors to work closely to protect women's rights "after this tragic reversal."

The President's job approval rating, according to the website fivethirtyeight.com, for the period ending July 3, 2022 decreased by 0.6% to 39.2% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness increased by 1.7% to 55.9% of those polled who disapprove of his effectiveness. A slight 3% of the population polled have no opinion. Ratings are calculated weekly.

SCOTUS Conservative Lean Helps Dems

"Abortion presents a profound moral issue on which Americans hold sharply conflicting views." The Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization begins with this truth. The path ahead for a troubled America would be easier if it continued in this candid vein," wrote David Von Drehle, Washington Post Opinion columnist.

The intricacies of the recent Supreme Court decision which reversed the 50-year-old Constitutional guaranteed for all women to fundamentally make the decision of birth control, begin with what sounds as a preamble to the Constitution.

Von Drehle walks readers through the decision to pinpoint where the conservative majority strayed from their introductory lines into self-determination.

To explain the idea behind reverting control over issues including Abortion, Same Sex marriage, gay sex, and contraceptives, to state lawmakers one must understand the concept of government. Issues such as Cannabis consumption, prostitution, gambling, alcohol, dry Sunday, are already widely controlled by state representatives.

Nine justices comprise the Supreme Court, when individuals look at the make-up of the court, it is rare that a feeling on representation is generated. The Supreme Court only mirrors opinions, generalities, and party affiliations. State governments are more reflective of the state as voter's the constituents of the state, every person who votes elects the government which is a better representation of the state inhabitants.

Because of the intense political divide of the nation and resentment from past elections the conservative majority, striking down what a majority of women, across all fifty states believe is a fundamental right, served as a political through line for both the mid-term elections and the upcoming 2024 presidential election.

Conservative, Young Court Could Control for Decades

The conservative majority moved quickly to abolish constitutional guaranteed freedoms, which for legal scholars and SCOTUS court watchers, are indictors of future reversals. The most controversial case in question is Same Sex marriage, which many see the abortion ruling as a key indicator of the future.

"Justice Samuel Alito said the ruling involved only the medical procedure, writing: "Nothing in this opinion should be understood to cast doubt on precedents that do not concern abortion." But conservative Justice Clarence Thomas called on his colleagues to reconsider cases that allowed same-sex marriage, gay sex and contraception," The Associated Press reported.

The idea that a now conservative majority can, at whim or will, reconsider cases and take a wide berth to strike down foundational and constitutional guaranteed protections associated with the case law, as in Dobbs v. Jackson, which extended a decision beyond the case in question, is pivotal to the future of America.

World News: Thus lived the Pax Europea

Havana Syndrome

More than 1000 Central Intelligence Agency employees have been affected by a medical phenomenon. Its symptoms begin with high pitched sound, like a monotone high decibel back feed, accompanied by searing headaches. It became known as the Havana Syndrome, as many of the employees and their families, were affected during stints in Havana, Cuba. It's cause, while debated, is still unknown. It has stumped CIA officials for years.

A recent 60 Minutes special highlighted the Havana Syndrome and a further possible explanation that of intentional use of high-volume microwave ray guns or an electric, microwave shooter, similar to a flame thrower, which emits high pitch, undetectable microwaves pulses from a distance to directly intercept with the CIA personal and family members.

Experts have presented the plausibility of these microwave pulses may be creating these medical phenomena. In all instances no concrete proof has been presented of an origin point, of even a location sweep which would detect high levels of microwave pulses. Essentially, the pulses leave no trace evidence, only permanent medical injury in the intended target, and fails to pinpoint responsibility.

If there are other probable sources which the CIA has not made public, if they have considered as a possible instigator of the piercing headaches and debilitating conditions associated with Havana Syndrome, would be commonality and a simpler, less cold-war-esque scenario. The idea of smart wear technologies, spyware tools, and lightweight dental accessories created by enemies of the state, have been widely developed for nearly three decades.

"However, in order to enhance the usage and adoption of wearable technological devices, the companies and institutions are working hard to design more comfortable, reliable, useful, integrated, lighter, smaller, aesthetic and vogue products," Mesut Cicek, Professor Yolova University, Turkey wrote in Wearable Technologies and Its Future Applications.

While the paper continues to explain the advancements to society that wearables will produce, like all technology there has never been an advancement that a sinister development wasn't produced for known or unknown reasons, including counterintelligence, intelligence gathering or espionage.

China Intends to Dominate U.S. Military

John Ratcliffe, former Director of National Intelligence for the Trump Administration wrote in the Wall Street Journal, "The intelligence is clear: Beijing intends to dominate the U.S. and the rest of the planet economically, militarily, and technologically. Many of China's major public initiatives and prominent companies offer only a layer of camouflage to the activities of the Chinese Communist Party."

The Associated Press, "Pentagon's Diary Get Personal," (June 2003) written by veteran AP writer Michael Sniffen, details the pentagon's use of a dental implant for military training and also discussed its revolutionary capabilities in counter-terror, was, after the ACLU became aware of the program, stopped after it had been put out for contract bid, and theoretically shelved, claiming violations of privacy rights.

This was followed up, with the Lifelong program, which is detailed on a Wikipedia page, which became a more palatable term used for a constant, George Orwell style of governance in the book 1984 where the government is always watching, type of running diary, it too faded, due to the privacy rights violations. Wikipedia also states this program was discontinued over privacy rights violations.

No program which could ever advance the Defense of the United States would be cancelled as the future defense of the United State homeland depends on the availability of all advancements to develop the next generation weapons. This statement was simple to appease. The testing was already in place.

While these two openly discussed programs failed to reach the initial objectives, in the United States, this does not mean that other governments, most notably the Chinese government, has been working to achieve a level of defense secret penetration that can go without notice through a variety of traditional and non-traditional spyware programs.

While not proven, the common throughout line, one can ascertain, without examining every medical and dental record of each of those affected by the Havana Syndrome would be dental visits. The enamel present in slim line, light weight veneers, dental over-lays, and dental implant crowns (different from natural crowns), can be constructed of the dental compound used by the Chinese government to advance the espionage program.

The smaller the technology the easier for it to go unnoticed by the intended target. A dental filling would mark a change, with any subsequent abnormalities or anomalies traceable to a single incident and therefore in modern espionage impracticable for fear of discovery.

Ratcliffe further writes, "U.S. intelligence shows that China has even conducted human testing on members of the People's Liberation Army in hope of developing soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities. There are no ethical boundaries to Beijing's pursuit of power."

Examples of Beijing approaching Chinese Nationals in the United States, in any profession from Dentistry, to medical to legal, professions which usually would be above reproach and are one day approached by a representative from the Chinese government. Even as Chinese Nationals the cost of failing to act on behalf at the government bequest results in hardships in the homeland and even further.

While strong arguments have been presented for auditory damages and low wave brain injury from pulsating waves, Havana Syndrome will remain a mystery until the CIA and other investigative sources begin to look beyond the implausible to the commonalities, find the breadcrumbs that lead from the points of origin, and see the shift in geopolitics which have been on every agency radar for years and realize the idea is advancing modern espionage.

Pentagon's Diary Gets Personal

Uvalde Police Chief Resigns from City Council

Pete Arredondo, Uvalde, Texas, Police Chief has resigned from his position as Uvalde City Council member after his actions on May 24, 2022, delaying entry of the Robb Elementary School for more than 70 minutes, which left 19 students and two teachers dead.

Arredondo stated, "it is in the best interest of the community to step down as a member of the City Council for District 3 to minimize further distractions," The New York Times reported.

The "abject failure" of Arredondo to breech Robb Elementary School in the initials minutes of May 24, 2022, mass shooting, resulted in further deaths as up to 12 of the 19 students and at one of the two educators could have been saved.

With as many as three agencies continuing to review the law enforcement failure, the families of those lost, are demanding answers and are not receiving them. Healing for Uvalde will take time, grief surrounds them like a fog, answers will only lead back to the same question: Why?

Of course, the new details counter the previous narrative of ill-equipped officers, as video shows ballistic prepared police officers, with heavy weapons, ready poised to breech in the hallway. The order, an important concept in military and law enforcement, wait on the order of incident commander, never came. The key narrative which also circulated, has been debunked as the door wasn't locked. Arredondo has also denied being the incident commander.

"Mr. Arredondo has defended his decision-making that day and said in an interview with The Texas Tribune that he did not believe that he was in charge of the response. The shooting and the police response are the subjects of several investigations, including one by the U.S. Justice Department," The New York Times reported.
