2026 Vegas Wedding Dress Of The Year Contest Seeks Entries

The Wedding Capital of the World™, Clark County Clerk Lynn Marie Goya and the Vegas Wedding Chamber invite all to submit entries for the 2026 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year contest before the Jan. 3, 2027 deadline.
The winning dress will be seen by travelers from around the world at the Wedding Capital of the World's display beginning February 2027 inside Harry Reid International Airport, where it will illustrate Las Vegas' reigning status as the world's most desirable destination wedding location.
Wedding Capital Of The World Seeks Professional Wedding Photography Shot In Las Vegas
"We encourage everyone with a 2026 Vegas wedding to submit the most stunning bridal photo taken in their wedding dress," said Goya. "Thousands of elegant, fun, stylish and romantic weddings—with heart-melting love stories behind them—take place in Las Vegas every year. We created this contest to celebrate them on a global stage."
To qualify for the contest, entries must depict a bride in a dress worn during a wedding in Las Vegas during the 2026 calendar year. Anyone is able to nominate a dress for 2026 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year, and the dress must be available for display in Las Vegas during the 2027 calendar year. Clark County will cover the cost of shipping and insurance via their preferred vendor.

Submissions will be accepted via a form linked in the bio of the Wedding Capital of the World's Instagram page @vegasweddingcapital. Complete submissions will include:
An uploaded photo of the bride in her dress worn at a wedding in Clark County, Nevada during the 2026 calendar year.
Bride's Instagram handle.
Date of the wedding.
Location of where the photo was taken.
Up to 300 words describing why the dress should be the 2026 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year.

Acknowledgment that the winner must be willing to send the dress, or replica, for display as the 2026 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year at the ongoing display site alongside the associated wedding story and photo.
Submission must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Sunday, Jan. 3, 2027. The Wedding Capital of the World will post select photo submissions on its Instagram page @vegasweddingcapital and invite the submitter to collaborate on the post.
The selection committee, comprising members of the Wedding Capital of the World and the Vegas Wedding Chamber, will choose the winning dress. The winner will be contacted by Friday, Jan. 22, 2027. The selected dress must be delivered to the Office of the County Clerk, Government Center located at 500 S Grand Central Pkwy., Las Vegas, NV 89106 by Monday, Feb. 1, 2027.
