Las Vegas: Ferraro’s Ristorante to Host Feast of The Seven Fishes Christmas Eve Dinner


Ferraro's offers its Valentine's Day menu for $145 per person (minimum of two guests) plus tax and gratuities. The specialty dinner also includes one glass of prosecco per guest. The full Valentine's Day menu follows:

First Course – Antipasti:

  • Torta di Granchio – Jumbo lump crab cake, mustard sauce 

Second Course – Primo Piatto (combo):

  • Ravioli Di Cinghiale – Wild boar ravioli, butter, sage, porcini, pecorino
  • Risotto Aragosta – Acquerello risotto, lobster, seasonal black truffle, mascarpone cheese 

Secondi (choose one):

  • Osso Buco – Veal shank braised in red wine reduction, saffron risotto
  • Branzino – Mediterranean Sea bass, hazelnut crust, guanciale, zucchini, tarragon, white wine, spinach
  • Spaghetti Aragosta Fra Diavolo – Homemade spaghetti, 7-ounce Maine lobster tail, fresh tomatoes, Calabrese chili peppers
  • Filetto Di Manzo – 10-ounce Butcher's Block prime filet mignon, Procini mushroom sauce, spinach, potato puree

Dessert:

  • Torta di Olio di Olive – Olive oil cake, Chambord egg custard, fresh strawberries
