UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer sent an internal memo to his employees, asking for compassion, "Today, our challenge is to be there for each other, support those among us who feel particularly vulnerable, and as always do our best for our family, friends, and clients," he said, adding, "Let's give comfort and support where it's needed and continue to aspire for a country that can include more, support more, and solve for the struggles of all Americans," Deadline reported.

As there is no business-like show business, what is critical after the election is to find another way, which has been done successfully in the past, to secure the electorate that benefits the majority of the population, and strategize, plan, maneuver, so to secure the results. So, let's function forward, and control what we can, as it is too early to gauge how much of the day-to-day will be affected by the new regime. Let tomorrow worry about itself.

Arrests Made in Liam Payne Death
The people have been arrested in the death of One Direction singer, Liam Payne, who died last month in a drug-fueled fall from the balcony of his third floor suite at the CasaSur Hotel, in Argentina.
"On Thursday, the public prosecutor's office said toxicology tests revealed traces of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his body. A post-mortem examination determined his cause of death as "multiple trauma" and "internal and external hemorrhage", as a result of the fall from the hotel balcony," the BBC.com reported.
One member of the hotel staff and a second person were arrested for supplying the singer drugs. Neither have been identified to the media. A third person, name, has come forward to explain that contrary to reports he did not abandon Payne in any state that would lead him to believe that the events that followed would occur.
Roger Nores, who has identified himself as the anonymous third person, gave this statement, "'I never abandoned Liam, I went to his hotel 3 times that day and left 40 minutes before this happened . . .There were over 15 people at the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left. . .I could have never imagined something like this would happen," reported the DailyMail.com.

Menendez Resentencing Paused
The resentencing of the Erick and Lyly Menendez for the grisly 1989 murders of their parents in their Beverly Hills home has been put on hold as the newly elected Los Angeles County DA Nathan Hochman, reviews the evidence.
"As calls grow for the Menendez brothers to be released from prison, the incoming Los Angeles County district attorney says he has a lot of evidence to review before showing his support. Nathan Hochman won last week's election for DA, beating incumbent George Gascón in a landslide, will take office in December. The election came weeks after Gascón announced his recommendation that the Menendez brothers be resentenced and eligible for parole immediately," ABCnews.com reported.
A resurgence of support to have Erik and Lyle Menendez who have served 35 years prison, has been aided by celebrities. Streaming giant Netflix has aired two accounts, one which depicts the pair as greedy, arrogant, psychopaths, and the other presents what has been called a more truthful story.
The allegation of decades of child abuse was thrown out in the first trial, which ended in a mistrial for both. As the heinous action of the brothers, fueled by abuse or not, was so egregious that the judge limited the scope of evidence which barred all information related to the sexual abuse. This rendered the verdicts the judicial system deemed appropriate.
So, Erik and Lyle Menendez, who have been called model prisoners, will need to wait at least six more months, from the time Hochman is sworn in, to see if they will be released.

Blue Sky, Threads Gain Followers Following X-odus
Blue Sky, the five-year old micro-messaging platform, and fan favorite alternative to Twitter/X, gained 1million followers in 24 hours, as the exodus from Elon Musk's far right and toxic platform have driven even the stalwart away.
The belief of staying in the middle of a cesspool to try and reason with the cult minded, is akin to attempting to reason with a terrorist, it is wasted effort. Finally, the state of X has become so toxic that the move to Blue Sky, from Twitter co-founder, Jack Dorsey, and Threads, from Meta, the parent of Facebook seemed logical for the social media communities as both gained as the fed-up moved on.
"On Thursday, the five-year-old microblogging site from Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey announced that more than 1 million people signed up for the platform in the last 24 hours, per TechCrunch. The site now has more than 16 million users. Some users noted they have migrated to Blue Sky in reaction to public stances by X owner Elon Musk, The New York Times reports. Meanwhile, Meta said this week its app Threads, another X rival, had received 15 million sign ups in November," LinkedIn.com reported.
