SAVE THE DATE: 37th Starz Denver Film Festival November 12-23, 2014

 The Starz Denver Film Festival (SDFF), sponsored by Starz Entertainment and produced by the Denver Film Society, announced its dates for its 37th edition: November 12-23, 2014.

 

Recognized as the Rocky Mountain Region's premier film event, SDFF attracts nearly 55,000 filmgoers and is widely recognized for presenting Academy Award and Independent Spirit Award-winning films, such as The ArtistBlack SwanBrokeback MountainNebraskaNo Country for Old Men and Silver Linings Playbook - well before their collective accolades.

This year's SDFF campaign, created by the Denver-based agency AOR, Inc., will invite audiences to "Step Into The Story" through over 200 titles among local, national and international independent films, industry panels, workshops, achievement awards and tributes. The full twelve-day festival program will be announced on Monday, October 27.

The SIE FilmCenter and UA Denver Pavilions Stadium will serve as anchor venues with all Red Carpet Presentations at the Buell Theatre. Individual tickets go on sale to Denver Film Society members on Wednesday, October 29 and to the general public on Friday, October 31. Tickets will be available for purchase online at www.denverfilm.org or the SDFF main box office location at the Sie FilmCenter (2510 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80206).

SDFF Patron Packages are now available, including a $100 discount through the month of September.

Press accreditation opens on Tuesday, September 23 and closes on Tuesday, October 28. Complete details on how to apply will be available at www.denverfilm.org in conjunction with the new website launch.
