The First Annual Scott and Davy's Shakedown Throwdown Concert Series, a free two-day concert on October 11-12, 2025, in Vail, Colorado, the heart of the Rocky Mountains has a powerful mission: Supporting mental health awareness.

 With a theme of "Together We Can do What We Cannot do Alone" in addition to some awesome free music and events, The First Annual Scott and Davy's Shakedown Throwdown Concert Series will support mental health initiatives, needs, and resources in the Vail Valley, across the great State of Colorado, and globally.

Colorado native Davy Gorsuch and his wife Abbey, a mental health professional in the Vail Valley, are nothing short of pillars of the Vail community.  Passionate about music, Davy has brought various artists to Vail to perform. An avid winter sportsman and noted philanthropist, Davy runs the family businesses and ranches in southern Colorado.

For over five decades, the Gorsuch Family have been deeply invested in building their community—helping establish the Vail Valley Hospital, Vail Mountain School, and Ski Club Vail.
