Who is Rime Arodaky
Immediately after graduating from the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture in Paris, Rime Arodaky quickly worked as a junior designer for Maisons Sonia Rykiel and Dice Kayek. It is in 2010 that Rime Arodaky begins to share her inspirations and desires, and to create her first wedding dresses in the form of unique pieces.
Attracted by the world of marriage, she creates her blog"Lalovelist", which brings her first clients to her. 'Lalovelist' is her journal, a reflection of a free, sexy, avant-garde and modern bride. Rime Arodaky's main goal is to break the codes of traditional marriage by creating unique pieces reflecting his freedoms.
She created her House in 2011 in the heart of Paris, her hometown. Rime Arodaky is for women who defy the status quo and believes in the emancipation of these. Inspired by 1970s icons like Jane Birkin and Romy Schneider, but also creators like Yves Saint Laurent and Azzedine Alaïa, Rime wished to challenge the innocent image of the bride and make her more fatal & rock, be it through its campaigns or more singular cuts.
In October 2016, the Maison presents its new 2017"Mystical Love" collection during the Bridal Week in New York, opening to the American market by adding several sales outlets in North America.

It sells exclusively on the online shop of the House, as well as at online retailers such as Shopbop and Net-à-Porter.
What's more, Arodaky is a firm believer in ethical fabric sourcing. As an avid supporter of animal rights and environmental issues, Rime Arodaky does not use any animal skin, nor elements tested on animals (they say no to wool, feathers, fur, silk, leather) in the making of their creations.
