Perrin Paris of Beverly Hills Hosts Exquisite Jewels of France Closing Celebration

The Exquisite Jewels of France Campaign capped their fifth annual trunk show event with an elegant closing celebration at the ultra-chic Perrin Paris 1893 boutique in the heart of Beverly Hills.

The exclusive reception was the finale on the three day luxury jewelry launch sponsored by The French Trade Commission, UBIFRANCE and The Mark Kearney Group, who staged the event and provided the delicious hors d'oeuvres for both the celebrity studded red carpet opening and the elegant wrap party.

The seven Jewelers represented in the Exquisite Jewels of France Collection included Damoiselle D, who discovered her inspiration through the French countryside, Edéenne, a young, talented designer, whose work was recently showcased at the Museum of the Legion of Honor in Paris; Mathon, known for their dazzling use of color and nature-inspired motifs; Poiray, known for "Ma Première" watch, "The Heart" and the "Symbole" Ring; The show also includes Tahitian pearl designs by Pacoma; Valerie MacCarthy, and Aveva, which will exclusively design unique fantasy pieces for clients.

Michel Perrin, owner of Perrin Paris 1893, and Sally Perrin, his wife, designer and creative director for the luxurious leather accessories house generously opened their flagship Beverly Drive location for the evening in support of both the haute-jewelry event and the Los Angeles Dream Center, the beneficiary of the evening's proceeds.

Also in attendance were David Martinon, Consul General of France, Degen Pener, Hollywood Reporter Editor-in-Chief, Celebrity Stylist George Blodwell, Julia Sorkin, Robert Kass along with Montage Beverly Hills Fashion Stylist, Joe Katz, and Beverly Hills Real Estate Agent Stefan Pommepuy of Keller Williams Realty.

Executive Chef Mark Kearney of the Mark Kearney Group provided exquisite hors d'oeuvres throughout the evening including pâté de foie gras on wafer, filet mignon tartar on a crispy purple fingerling potato and Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna on Tortilla Chip. Wait staff greeted guests with a choice of Champagne and White Wine Chardonnay.

Teri Hatcher, from ABC's Desperate Housewives attended the opening night reception, under the patronage of David Martinon, Consul General of France, wearing a one-of a kind handcrafted diamond Sunflower Starburst ring designed by Aveva.

Nasrin Imani, 9777 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, launched the Exquisite Jewels of France trunk show. The event included the debut of the "beaux bijoux" evening gown collection by fashion designer Kevan Hall. Champagne flowed to the cool vibe of French DJ Narc, under the floating, sophisticated Aqua Creations by Unici.  Proceeds benefited the Arthritis Foundation's Juvenile Arthritis programs.
