Multi Academy of Country Music Award winner, plus twelve CMAs and Grammy Award-winner Lainey Wilson is featured on the current cover of People Magazine in celebration of her groundbreaking career. Read the full profile HERE.

The recognition arrives during a period of non-stop activity for Wilson, who is the subject of a new in-depth documentary, Lainey Wilson: Keepin' Country Cool, set for release April 22 on Netflix, will headline Stagecoach and JazzFest this spring and is nominated for seven awards at the upcoming ACM Awards: Entertainer of the Year (following two consecutive wins in the category), Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year ("Somewhere Over Laredo," as artist and songwriter), Single of the Year ("Somewhere Over Laredo"), Music Event of the Year ("Trailblazer" with Reba McEntire and Miranda Lambert) and Visual Media of the Year ("Somewhere Over Laredo").

Wilson also recently made her film acting debut in Universal's adaptation of Colleen Hoover's Reminders of Him, was selected as one of USA Today's 2026 Women of the Year and released her new song, "Can't Sit Still." Written by Wilson, Trannie Anderson, Aslan Freeman and Dallas Wilson, "Can't Sit Still" is a snapshot of Wilson's life as an unstoppable global superstar. Continuing to receive widespread attention, the song is included on this week's all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart, while Billboard calls it "a rollicking stomp of a song where the frenetic music perfectly matches the driving lyrics," and iHeartRadio declares, "[it] captures Wilson's free-spirited, yet driven and hard-working character."

"The reigning current standard-bearer for women in country" (Variety), Wilson is in the midst of yet another monumental year. This past fall, she hosted the 59th CMA Awards (the first solo female host since Reba McEntire in 1991), where she also won three awards: Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year (Whirlwind). She also released the deluxe version of her acclaimed album, Whirlwind, in August, which features five additional tracks, including her #1 single, "Somewhere Over Laredo."
