One year into the global Coronavirus pandemic The United States State Department has released a report charging Communist China of systemically engaging in a campaign to subvert a transparent and thorough investigation into the deadly virus' origins and initial emission.

Currently, the facts surrounding the origins and initial transmission made public and disseminated to all governments and global authorities had produced a consensus which pinpoint an initial warning originating from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) on or about December 2019.

"The U.S. government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses. This raises questions about the credibility of WIV senior researcher Shi Zhengli's public claim that there was "zero infection" among the WIV's staff and students of SARS-CoV-2 or SARS-related viruses," reported eturbonews.com.

Ratcliffe wrote that China was seeking to spy on U.S. and other companies to strengthen its economy, an effort to "rob, replicate and replace" U.S. businesses. He faulted Beijing for stealing intellectual property, replicating the product or service and then selling it as a competitor on the global marketplace," reported TheHill.com.

Weakening nations outside the 10/40 longitude latitude line with a pandemic, a Bioweapon, that forces global leaders to suspend intelligence and other sectorial advancements with a diversion that would cause weakened infrastructures, cripple the economies of the world, drain global medical communities and substructures, possibly kill leaders leading to instability and insurrection, mass casualty, death, would be of great importance to a regime intent of global supremacy.

Coronavirus Lead Time

"The U.S. government does not know exactly where, when, or how the COVID-19 virus—known as SARS-CoV-2—was transmitted initially to humans. We have not determined whether the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, China," reported the US State Department.

Medical Science: COVID-19 - How Does It Kill You?

The Chinese initially reported isolated cases of a SARS related virus in December 2019. Recent intelligence has pinpointed the possibility of an earlier date, closer to August 2019 and if global disease protocol investigation were assessed and implemented possibly closer to June 2019.

Infectious disease protocols call for the outbreak to be reported to a global governing agency, such as The World Health Organization. The first known report to the first directive to the WHO came at the end of 2019 in the form of a simple communique, stating, "At the close of 2019, the WHO China Country Office was informed of a pneumonia of unknown cause, detected in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province, China. According to the authorities, some patients were operating dealers or vendors in the Huanan Seafood market."

The six-month lead time, which most governments believe passed from the first known and controlled case, in Wuhan, China to the acknowledgement sent to the WHO, which initiated the infectious disease protocols to determine the likelihood of controlled event, created the global catastrophic pandemic the world is facing currently.

Natural or Planned

"The virus could have emerged naturally from human contact with infected animals, spreading in a pattern consistent with a natural epidemic. Alternatively, a laboratory accident could resemble a natural outbreak if the initial exposure included only a few individuals and was compounded by asymptomatic infection. Scientists in China have researched animal-derived coronaviruses under conditions that increased the risk for accidental and potentially unwitting exposure," reported the US State Department.

The People's Republic of China has maintained a level of secrecy, which has included the release of any unfiltered and unrestricted information. The Wuhan Viral Institute has also been known to have experimented on other types of highly contagious viral infections or modification of the SARS coronavirus.

Failure to Disclose

The World Health Organization has noted the WIV has upheld a noticeable suppression on information that resulted in the failure to disclose origins, experiments, modification, lab development, and the sequence which allows a global study of the coronavirus.

"WHO investigators must have access to the records of the WIV's work on bat and other coronaviruses before the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of a thorough inquiry, they must have a full accounting of why the WIV altered and then removed online records of its work with RaTG13 and other viruses. The WIV has a published record of conducting "gain-of-function" research to engineer chimeric viruses," reported US State Department.

The China Disease

Without participation from the Chinese government, the world is left to its own resources in determine and understand the exactness of the origins of the coronavirus and assess through evidence, documentation, security, and intelligence if the release, and failure to disclose, was a grave misunderstanding or a planned bioweapon attack geared to further the determined global supremacy of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
