Beltway Insider: Trump Impeachment/Mueller to Testify, Epstein/Prince Andrew, RBG, 2020

President Donald Trump who has marched through the impeachment hearings with his usual brand of soundbite denials is preparing for another, and possibly the smoking gun witness, that will present the strongest evidence to date of guilt.

President Trump's job approval rating, which was tracked for the two-week time period ending October 25, 2019, decreased two percentage points to 41% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness increased one percentage points to 55%. A slight 3% of the population polled have no opinion. Ratings are calculated bi-monthly.

As many believed the probability of justice moves slowly if at all at the height and power level in which Stone, and his gang of seven other convicted felons and President Trump, operate. The recent string of convictions has proven the nation's judicial system is, on some level, intent of reigning in the "at all costs" efforts of many to secure the coveted prize of their pursuit.

The Mueller Investigation, which began with the official task of investigating the possibility of Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections, completed the nearly two-year probe of wrongdoing by the president his inner circle and any entities associated with his campaign.

Additionally, thirteen Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted for their participation in spreading hate mongering messaging and creating media warfare for the purpose of defrauding the people of the United States and influencing the 2016 presidential election.

A redacted version of the Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 President Election was released to the public on April 18, 2019. It was immediately requested that an unredacted version be provided to members of was delivered to members of Congress.

Over the next six months, the demands to view a full unredacted version of the report have met with challenges from the Trump Administration to block any attempt at members of congress, especially those who are heading up the Impeachment Process, from access to any additional information which may provide the committee with damaging information.

"The House impeachment inquiry centers not on the findings of the Mueller report but on Trump's request that Ukraine investigate a domestic political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden. House Democrats have described that as an improper solicitation of foreign interference in a U.S. election," Reuters reports.

Impeachment Hearings Move Forward

Democrats have been chanting Impeachment since day one of the Trump presidency, and as each new revelation of the President's behavior is presented, his actions appear to skirt the limits of the law, beyond even the grey area of doubt into what many and depending on interpretation, and a jury, could find as criminal.

As former Special counsel Robert Mueller testified, "We did not reach a determination as to whether the President committed a crime," and "Problematic is an understatement, in terms of what it displays, in terms of giving some hope or some boost to what is and should be illegal activity," reported CNN (July 25, 2019)

Robert S. Mueller Prepares to Testify

During Mueller's initial testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, he was limited in his ability to respond to questions as he was bound by law.

Now that the Ukraine probe of the Impeachment Hearings is completed, the Impeachment committee lead by Democratic Adam Schiff, (D-CA), has decided it is time to call form Special Counsel Robert Mueller to testify before the impeachment committee to answer a more robust round of questioning and in all probability a more in depth series of questions into he possibility of obstruction of justice, perjury and even impeding an investigation.

"Much of Mueller's work is already part of the Democrats' impeachment record. The former special counsel and his final report are mentioned a dozen times in the House resolution approved last month kick-starting the current public hearing process. Democrats noted in the resolution that Mueller "documented evidence strongly indicating that President Trump engaged in a course of conduct designed to obstruct the special counsel's investigation, including any investigation into the president's conduct," Politico reported.

As the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday break will bring a pause in the Impeachment Hearing, Democrats have been advised they are expected to pick up the pace in the beginning of December and are expected "to hit the ground running" upon return from the break.

White House Response

"The direct evidence heard at these hearings makes clear that the Democrats' allegations are baseless and a pathetic attempt overthrow the 2016 election.  In his July 25 call with President Zelensky, President Trump did not condition any part of the United States-Ukraine relationship on a quid pro quo.  President Trump himself released the transcript of that phone call months ago in order to end the wild speculation.  In addition, President Zelensky has repeatedly stated that President Trump did not pressure him in any manner. The facts will clearly not change the Democrats' attempts to harass this President and spread dangerous conspiracy theories throughout the halls of Congress and all over this country.  Nor will the Democrats do anything to benefit the American people by passing the USMCA, reducing drug prices, creating jobs and securing the border.  In the meantime, President Trump will continue to focus on those priorities.  It is sad that Speaker Pelosi, Rep. Schiff, and the rest of the House Democrats continue to focus on their impeachment farce instead of working on behalf of the American people – the people they purport to represent, " White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham said via a November 20, 2019 release.

Trump Prepares For Holiday Break; Plans on to Pardon

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will begin the holiday season with the tradition of pardoning the Thanksgiving Day turkey before sending the bird to an animal sanctuary. The President has not released his Thanksgiving Day schedule or plans. Vice President Pence has just returned from visiting the Troops in Iraq and it is possible the president and First Lady will spend Thanksgiving serving the faithful men and women who serve our nation.

Epstein Ensnares from the Grave

HRH Prince Andrew has felt the sting of his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein even from the grave. The second son of Queen Elizabeth has attempted to get in front of what has become a storm of accusations which has caused the Prince to step back from his normal duties.

"The 93-year-old monarch sanctioning [sic] her second son's retreat from royal duties, after a disastrous interview about his friendship with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein engulfed the family in an unprecedented crisis. Prince Andrew's lack of regret over associating with a convicted sex offender was one thing, but it was his apparent lack of empathy for the victims that has drawn the most criticism. The onslaught from the British media was unrelenting, while numerous organizations distanced themselves from the prince and his charitable efforts," CNN reported.

Considering Ilhan Omar's Comment: Does it Matter to Jewish Voters that Michael Bloomberg is Jewish

Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly committed suicide in prison, has continued to haunt those who associated with the disgraced financier. Awaiting trial for allegedly running an underage prostitution and international sex trafficking ring of girls he groomed after scouted by two other associates, Ghislaine Maxwell, and an internationally, through Jean-Luc Brunel, a French national, posing as a modelling scout.

It has been alleged that Prince Andrew engaged in sexual relations on three separate occasions with a 17-year-old female Epstein had groomed. A picture, which shows the Prince, who is said to be 41 at the time, smiling and his arm around the girl, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who is also smiling with others in the background, has been used to build an evidence against the royal.

A recent televised interview proved disastrous for the prince and did little to ease the public's mind or convince that he could never be associated with Epstein.

The royal family has refused to seek out the services of an independent crisis communication team and have relied on the century's old playbook of handling trouble which proved to be ineffective in this situation.

It remains unclear of the demands of the female, and a photograph which caused many a celebrity to tremble due to its fan type presentation. However, his downfall was allowing himself to be pulled into particulars and statements which left him open to deeper and additional scrutiny.

Epstein friend Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been accused and could quite possibly face criminal charges in the United States, has returned to her London home from spending time in hiding. She also visited Prince Andrew in his Palace residence, along with four others, June 6, 2019, in what the Daily Mail describes "as very official" looking. What it looks like is the Prince is intent on imploding.

Prince Andrew's accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre, a victim of Epstein's underage global sex trafficking and has remained adamant regarding the exactness of the horrors associated with her imprisonment in Epstein's sex trafficking ring.

No one negates her story and believes that as she recalls the situation is accurate. However, a man as cunning as Jeffrey Epstein if he needed the prince for leverage later would have used the picture to tantalize and control her mind, and quite possibly dull her memory through the use of drugs or other substances or methods creating a belief through voice clarity or other diabolical means to create the appearance of a situation that clearly was and was not.

It has been rumored that Prince William, who second in line to the throne, was also involved in the decision to have his uncle step away from duties currently.
