President Donald Trump is making his first appearance this week at the 72nd United Nations General Assembly where 193 Heads of State will convene in New York City to hear the agenda of the newly elected former business leader.

According to Gallup, President Trump's job approval, over the past week, increased two percentage points to 38% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness as President decreased three percentage points to 57%.

Trump Tweets Anger Brits After Parsons Green Tube Bomb

President Donald Trump, once again took to twitter to voice his immediate, unrestrained and gut reaction to the Parsons Green Terror Attack that occurred on the District Line during the Friday morning commute.

Minutes after the bombing, at 3:42am in Washington D.C., at 8:42am in London, the president posted this tweet, "Another attack in London by a loser terrorist. These are sick and demented people who were in the sights of Scotland Yard. Must be proactive!"

Followed by this second tweet "Loser terrorist must be dealt with in a much tougher manner. The internet is their main recruitment tool which we must cut off & use better!" Twitter, from Donald J. Trump, @realDonaldTrump.

As it was an ongoing and fluid investigation his unreserved, brash and often impulsive comments are often found to be useless and provoking and immediately following attacks the possibility of additional sister or twin attacks are very real.

Leaders across the United Kingdom rebuked the President for his misuse and unhelpful communications with Prime Minster Theresa May rebuking him "for suggesting suspects in Friday's London train blast were known to police." And followed with this statement, "I never think it's helpful for anybody to speculate on what is an ongoing investigation,"' she said. [BBC]

Nick Timothy, a former senior aide to British Prime Minister Theresa May, also took to Twitter to voice his opinion over the President's rash Tweets,  "True or not - and I'm sure he doesn't know - this is so unhelpful from leader of our ally and intelligence partner."

Ben Howlett, the former Conservative MP, also took to Twitter calling out the President for his "dangerous and inappropriate" tweets. His tweet read, "It is highly unhelpful/dangerous and inappropriate for an ally to make announcements that share intelligence and undermine investigations."

The volley of tweets ended with the United States issuing the following statement, " The United States strongly condemns the cowardly terrorist attack in London today that targeted innocent civilians during their commute on the subway.  We are grateful that no one was killed in this horrific incident.  And our thoughts and prayers are with those injured, and we wish them a speedy and full recovery," White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.

Arrests Made in Train Bombing

Scotland Yard, the lead investigator on the Parsons Green Tube Bombing, announced significant developments have occurred in Bombing investigation which injured 29 people.

By Saturday Morning two suspects had been arrested. The first was spotted, carrying the silver reflective bag used by a local grocery store chain, matching the bag the homemade device was in on Friday's morning.

The first suspect, whose name has not been released, was an 18 year old Syrian refugee, who had been taken in a local Foster Family who has raised more than 250 children. The pair, who had no idea and were not a party to the actions, were honored by Queen Elizabeth for the dedicated work.

He was detained at the Ports of Dover as he attempted to leave the country. Police arrested him and transferred him to London.

"Metropolitan Police Deputy Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu said: "At approximately 7.50am local police officers in Kent arrested an 18-year-old man in the departures area of the port in Dover. He was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism and transferred to custody in a police station in London."[The Guardian]

The Stampede

Witnesses described the bombing, which failed to detonate properly, as "A giant match going off." The fast fire, flame of a match followed by a fast fizzle, and the fear of the unknown for what may follow, set off a panic it was worse than yelling "fire in a crowded theater", it was fire on a crowded commuter train.

In the panic, again, a miracle as all managed to escape, with a few scraps, scratches and minor injuries. The chaos, hysteria of families separated during the crush of people, the pile up, at the bottom of the stairs, that followed was described as mass hysteria, with all types of people, young children, senior citizens, pregnant women, all caught up in this rush to get as far away as possible from the blast.

A total of thirty people were injured, which is a miracle, as the mass push to flee the platform along with the recent memories of Terrorist Attacks in Manchester and London, and even Paris, is not far from the minds of Londoners who live under an elevated terror threat level every day.

The United Nations General Assembly

President Trump and Company, presumably his entourage of family/White House staffers will be heading to New York City where the leaders of 193 Member Nations of the United Nations will meet to discuss the agendas of each nations.

"The President's consistent message across all of his engagements throughout the week will emphasize three goals common to all nations who will be gathered there:  First, to promote peace.  Second, to promote prosperity.  And third, to uphold sovereignty and accountability.  A peaceful world depends on the contributions of all nations.  We must share responsibility for international security, while each country protects the security of its own people. Prosperity is also a shared responsibility.  The President looks forward to furthering economic cooperation, investment opportunities, and new business ties with other governments and businesses across the world," said National Security Advisor General H.R. McMaster.

The President has released his schedule for the upcoming week. It includes meeting with Senior United Nations leadership and support of reform issues put before the membership. Trump will host a working dinner with Latin American leaders where the topic of discussion is Venezuela and other across the baor issues including strengthening relationships.

Tuesday President Trump will address the General Assembly in which the world can expect to hear words like "reform" strengthen" and peace and prosperity without or without the partnerships from other nations the president and company will engage in bi-lateral and tri lateral meetings with sidebars conducted for those nations even further down on the presidents list.

He has a working lunch planned with the UN Secretary General and GA President and a bi-lat planned with the Emir of Qatar. He plans also to host a diplomatic reception. Wednesday the President meet with leaders of Palestinian Authority, The United Kingdom, and Egypt. After which he will host a working lunch with leaders from African Nations. On Thursday he will meet with the leaders of Ukraine, Turkey and Afghanistan. He also plans a working lunch with leaders from South Korea and Japan.

As this is the president's first General Assembly, he will likely be meeting with nations that fall outside of the G20 ranking as those leaders will be seeking funding or support for particular issues that will enhance the economies and infrastructures of these nations.

Paris Agreement on Climate Change

The Paris Climate Agreement negotiated within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, (UNFCCC), which was painstakingly negotiated with representative of 196 Heads of State or their designators, which by August 2017 195 UNFCCC members had signed the agreement with 160 of those nations ratifying it.

The accord allows each nation the autonomy to police its own affairs by submitting its own plans and reports as to its level of contribution.

President Donald Trump, in one of his first pieces of business withdrew the United States involvement in the Paris Climate/United Nations Convention on Climate Change. To the credit of the remainder of those leaders who originally signed the document including Chinese President name the name, whose nation along with the United States are the Number One and Number Two largest emitters of fossil fuel or greenhouse gases

Under the conventions agreement the first possible date the United States could withdraw, even as President Trump has indicated he is a global warming denialist and the UNFCCC is unnecessary, ineffective and uneconomical, he cannot withdraw the United States from participation until 2020.

LONDON TERROR ATTACK: SKY News Reports Suspect ID; Nineteen Injured in Early Morning Explosion

Hurricane Irma Decimates U.S. Virgin Islands

The death toll from Hurricane Irma stands at 82, with the majority of deaths occurring in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, as the killer storm,  historic in size and proportions, staying at the Category Five level for five days a record in the history of Hurricane tracking.

Barbuda for the first time in its 300 year old history is uninhabitable and uninhabited as the residents who stayed are either dead or evacuated. Mandatory evacuations were underway prior to the storm's arrival. After the British Government, responded with military aid and immediate supplies.

Irma, packed 185mph winds as it ripped and shredded its way across the island nations.

Floridians Still Without Power; Eight Patients Die in Nursing Home From Heat

Floridians, some of which have never experienced a Hurricane with the strength of Irma, have slowly begun the road to recovery even as some areas residents are still unable to return to their homes. The

"On September 11th, at the peak of the power loss, there were about 7.8 million customers that did not have power.  That number is down to 3.6 million in less than three days.  So great effort by everybody involved to get power restored.  That's an important step towards the recovery efforts," John Daly, Deputy Homeland Security Advisor.

The Conch Republic, the residents of the Florida Keys, were adamant about riding out the storm and that decision cost some their lives, as the death toll in the bead chain of islands has risen to 12 with 25% of the homes destroyed and 65% sustaining severe damage.

The Florida Keys are connected by a series of 42 bridges, each of which have to be inspected before the U.S. Highway 1 will reopen.

Marco Island also took a direct hit and islanders are predicting months in not a year or more for structures and homes to be rebuilt. What can be seen are downed power lines, uprooted trees, roofs peeled off, rotting piles of garbage as services are inundated and the pressing question of where to dump the debris.

Power has been restored to the Island, grocery stores are open and while most of the state is experiencing a fuel shortage, the residents of Marco Island seem to have enough fuel.

Florida Power & Light Co, the state's largest utility company, said western parts of the territory might remain without electricity until September 22. Limited service has now resumed at several of Florida's airports, including at Miami International. [Aljazeera.com]

Florida is home to nearly 700 Nursing Homes and those facilities are experiencing the same power outages as the rest of the state's resident. With no air condition, and the baking heat and humidity, seniors those suffering from respiratory diseases and difficulties are suffering and even dying as we have seen recently in a horrific story coming out of the Hollywood Hills Rehabilitation Center.

A Criminal investigation has been opened as supervisors of the Rehab Center, located across the street from one of states largest hospital that didn't lose power, didn't seek outside assistance after the storm's intensity had passed by simply walking across the street and asking.

Statements from the facility have changed repeatedly over the last five days. A judge has ordered all documents and evidence preserved.

Eight residents Gail Nova, 70, Estella Hendricks, 71, Carolyn Eatherly, 78, Betty Hibbard, 84, Bobby Owns, 84, Miguel Antonio Franco, 92, Manuel Mario Mendieta, 96, and Albertina Vega, 99 all passed away over the course of three days. Some had not been discovered until a room to room search was conducted by EMT's arriving for a single case and noticed the conditions.

"Gov. Rick Scott's office released a statement late Friday afternoon disputing the nursing home's account, saying '"at no time did the facility report that conditions had become dangerous or that the health and safety of their patients was at risk."' [Sun-Sentinel]
