McDonald’s Worker Sells Heroin in Happy Meals

A Pittsburgh McDonald’s fast food employee was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics for distribution as she reportedly sold heroin in Happy Meals to pre-arranged buyers through the drive through window.

Shantia Dennis, was arrested after selling a stamped bag to an undercover Pittsburgh narcotics officer, who immediately took the 26 year old into custody and recovered, at the scene, ten more stamped bags as well as trace amounts of marijuana.

Clients, looking to make a buy, would approached the order board and say, “I want to buy a toy” they would be instructed to proceed to the first window, pay and receive the Happy Meal with the lethal narcotic at the second window.

Pennsylvania detectives believe the recovered heroin is not from the lethal batch stamped with the name “Theraflu” responsible for at least 22 deaths across western Pennsylvania.
