President Donald Trump suffered a defeat as the Immigration Ban was upheld and blasted his disapproval on Twitter while promising to be better as he voiced his frustration over his administrations stumbles and missteps.

According to Gallup, President Trump's job approval, over the past week, increased 17 percentage points to 59% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness as President decreased 13 percentage points to 37%.

Trump Defeated; Immigration Ban Unlawful

The 9th Circuit Court handed the Trump Administration the first defeat of his young presidency stopping the three-court panel upheld the lower court decision which essentially halts the ban on immigrants who arrived in the United States with pre-approved Visa applications.

The President who believed he was acting within his full rights that the U.S. Code [8 U.S. Code 1152* [1182]], and the Constitution clearly gave him all the authority that is needed to make sure that he can regulate who comes into this country and prevent any acts of terrorism or crime and prevent anyone who is not coming to this country in a peaceful manner.

DOJ attorney, August Flentje presented for the Government did what he had to represent the President's case.

"The President has focused on the merits of this case, and is looking forward to getting it back either to the 9th Circuit or the lower court.  He feels very confident on the merits, and that's where his focus has been.  I think the President's main concern has been on the merits and making sure that an executive order was lawfully executed and went through the entire process, we've got to go back and remember the DOJ's Office of Legal Compliance vetted this order, deemed it legal.  We've followed the entire process to ensure it was done correctly, constitutionally, legally," said Sean Spicer, White House Press Secretary.

INS Begins Sanctuary City Roundups

The Immigration and Naturalization Service initiated the historic Executive Order created in the first week of President Trump's administration picking up illegal in what have for decades been deemed as sanctuary cities, major metropolitan areas free zones essentially due to the vast amount of illegals and limited man power.

This week INS agent went to work with arrests made in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, New York City, and the surrounding boroughs, as well as Georgia, North and South Carolina. Illinois, Indianan, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin also saw arrests.

The Trump Administration has made expelling illegals a benchmark of his campaign. Former President Obama's Administration deported more illegals than any president with nearly 410K in 2012 alone. A policy that remained active throughout the remainder of his term.

Trump's Executive Orders

President Trump signed four Executive Orders this week. None of which directly influence any freedoms the law-abiding citizen may enjoy.

On February 9, 2017 President Trump signed the President Executive Order on a Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety – essentially a study.

The Presidential Executive Order on Preventing violence against Federal, state Tribal, and Local Law Enforcement – Self-explanatory and with the upcoming challenges by protestors over the completion of the Dakota Pipeline and the Canadian XL Pipeline, the possibility of increased Federal law enforcement presence met with resistance developing into altercations.

Executive Order on Enforcing Federal Law with respect to Transnational Criminal Organization and Preventing International Trafficking – The President is securing additional methods, agencies, and monies to stop drug trafficking and the crime organizations that support the networks.

Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Justice is the final Executive Order of the week.

Russia: Influence In US Elections Concerns World Leaders Facing Election

With France, Germany, and the U.K. all facing elections in the next year, the reverberating pulsation from Russian President Vladimir Putin's involvement in the United State elections has cyberattack concerns continuing to rise.

For Russia to align France and Germany with leaders whose leanings would eventually assist the suspended G7 nation regain its global position would be highly valuable.

The foundation for the undertaking would be the same motivation for influencing the United State election: Russia has been suspended from the G8 for nearly three years, sectorial sections have crippled its economy, trade is limited to Basher al Assad, and the nations and its people are suffering.

Sean Spicer addressed the Crimea sanctions: "Ambassador Haley has addressed that very forcefully at the U.N., that until Russia leaves Crimea, that those sanctions are a non-starter."

Putin not a man known to reverse decisions as it would be seen as weak, so returning the Crimean Peninsula to the Ukraine is out of the question, and the rejection and extremely low opinion of the Trump Presidency was not expected and so Putin can't count on Trump's allegiance to motivate the G7 to reverse its suspension and needs other leaders.

From White House Press Reporter John Grizzi: "On February 2nd, Vladimir Kara-Murza, who is a well-known filmmaker in Russia and was a close associate of the late Boris Nemtsov, the dissident, found himself in critical condition.  His wife has since said she believes this is poisoning, very much like the conditions that almost took his life two years ago.  And does the administration have any comment about that, or the frustration of Mr. Navalny, the opponent of President Putin to get on the ballot as a candidate?" Sean Spicer referred the reporter to the State Department.

Israel: Netanyahu Heads to the White House

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with President Trump this week as the two leaders look to bring Israel back from the stepchild relationship it suffered under former President Obama to its rightful place of strategic partnership and strongest ally the United States has in the region.

Granted Obama was attempting to leverage the long relationship for movement toward realizing the two-state solution that the United Nations has deemed the only viable solution in the region.

Netanyahu, a staunch one state only hardliner, brings his loyalty to the meet and greet with Donald Trump as the largest deal in the history of U.S. -Israel relations is in place.

The meeting with Trump, as his position on the two-state solution is conciliatory co-habitation, and get away from the border, as is the majority of the world, it may be somewhat difficult for Netanyahu to escape the meeting with hearing the two-state solution lecture from this administration also.

Germany: Angela Merkel Runs for Fourth Term; German Elections Begin in February

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been behind the electoral eight ball before. Her party, the Christian Democratic Union, won a disappointing 17.6 percent in September of 2016 leaving the world wondering what would be next for the women who is considered the ruler of Europe.

She and her party are facing the long odds again as she seeks a fourth term. The global stage is shifting, with a sort of "winter of discontent" an "Arab spring" for the free world.

As citizens in the G7 nations, those who understood electoral votes and with some intelligence choose representative leadership that address issues that propel the global economy forward seem to have gotten tired of carrying the burden for others.

Merkel, it is said, is facing the biggest hurdle over her immigration policies. Germany, led by Chancellor Merkel agreed to take in nearly 1million refugees from Syria who were forced to flee from the barbaric Basher al Assad, and the Islamic State.

The burdens of assisting an additional one million citizens to a nation that, along with the G7 was fighting a global recession not five years ago, and while strides have been made to bring the nation back from the brink overtaxing an unsteady system is akin to piling rocks on a drowning man.

The disheartening election in the United States and the Brexit vote, is spilling over into other countries, as the discontent grows, which is difficult for leaders to understand as nations were brought back from the brink of financial and economic collapse by these governing parties and  the people thankful are not willing to allow the unstable economies to be taxed and burden by citizens who have no investment in the future of the nation.

In Germany alone, the politics of extremism has always been a part of the culture. From the shocking neo-Nazi to the radical and fanaticism of Pegida, the anti-Islam, has created the potential of a real shift in leadership.

Asylum seekers have become increasingly agitated and frustrated by the end of the rainbow.

The language barriers, simple and basic needs, medical, housing, food, shelter, education and the clear perception and mistrust by the neighbors and the few bad apples that do infiltrate which have accounted for a rise in violent crime, the sexual assaults, and asylum seekers were responsible for three terrorist attacks.

Five other nations, including France, the Netherlands, Norway, the Czech Republic, and the UK will hold elections in 2017.

Merkel, who even if she is not voted President is expected to be elected Chancellor as the two positions are determined by different electoral.

Paris: Violence Sparked Over Rape of Male Suspect In Police Custody

France, through no fault of its own, has become a country synonymous with violence, with the uprising of terrorism and attacks on its citizens which have remained vividly in the forefront of the mind and hearts of the people and global agenda of leaders.

A planned protest by citizens of Bobigny, France, a small town five miles from the center of Paris, meant to highlight the disparity between citizens and very vocal corrupt leadership, out of control police brutality and a near police state, after three days ended badly.

Even as the protestors organizers urged non-violence, it is suspected that instigators from others areas showed up and with tensions of so close to boiling over, it took a simple spark to turn the peaceful march into a chaotic violent clash, with Molotov cocktails, ugly violence that is so easily attributed to the organizers making real change impossible.

The violence sparked a heavy-handed reply from riot clad French police. Oddly the very type of enforcement the people had been hoping to highlight during the demonstration.

The sad news coming from France recently, is bringing to light a series of violent police assaults. Barberic treatment of black male suspect, a youth worker, resulting in rape as the officers reported used their batons (truncheons) to penetrate a suspect which resulted in his need for corrective surgery.

Three officers have been arrested and a fourth is under investigation.

This brutality is not the first of its kind as a separate man, Adama Traore, 24, died while in police custody in July 2016.  The officers were initially cleared, when the people took to the streets in protest. The French police have an extremely toxic relationship with the immigrant youth, who deeply mistrust the government, and with the continued influx of more immigrants the situation may only become worse.

Citizens in the French suburb of Bobigny, a small enclave located only five miles from the center of Paris, and for all the vibrancy the city of lights holds, the opposite is true here where once a vibrant manufacturing town, in an all too familiar global story, the factories shut down and left town, leaving the inhabitants who depended on employment without.

Saturday Night Live Brings Humor to Huddle Masses Yearning For Clinton

Saturday Night Live, the weekly sketch comedy show often laced with acerbic wit, has enjoyed their highest rating in six years as the troupe continues to haze the new president and his choices for various cabinet positions.

Guest stars Alec Baldwin who picked up the mantle before the historic defeat of Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, portraying the New York businessman as a mindless simpleton, hiding his weakness through buffoonery and bravado, has continued to build on the stumbles and missteps to become the trademark SNL statement on the administration.

Picking up Melissa McCarthy as Shaun Spicer, the White House Press Secretary, who is either very uncomfortable, didn't expect the microscopic examination, or simply realizes nothing he says will ever appease the bloodthirsty White House press corps, as the people expect blood and Spicer's will do.

McCarthy is at her comedic best; she has taken this opportunity and made this administration that never really had a handle on reality, and mocked the sideshow it has become. Her over the top (barely) portrayals are rolling in aisle worthy.

With sporadic skits of a shirtless Putin and The Donald solidifying their partnership for global dominance and the offshore oil in the Black Sea, the writers have not strayed from controversy, keeping the fire burning under the general "he bought it" belief.

SNL has once again given the American public the freedom to laugh. The nearly 70 million who voted for Clinton and those who have quickly recognized their mistake, are finding the weekly dose of humor, even in YouTube replays are a suave on a very sore wound.

Lorne Michaels, and the SNL Family, troupes, and teams, are proving life only gets better after 40. Congratulations and here's to 40 more!
