A force in Miami’s skyline since 1973, the SunTrust International Center has received a modern revival following an extensive $15 million renovation.

To celebrate, Crocker Partners, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate conglomerates and commercial landlords in North America founded by entrepreneur Thomas Crocker, will host an exclusive VIP cocktail party on Thursday, October 15, 2015, catered by renowned celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein.

The evening’s festivities will begin at 5 p.m. and will include a Veuve Clicquot Champagne reception and lounge, a Maestro DOBEL Tequila bar, a HUBLOT fine watch gallery for timepiece enthusiasts, a Dylan’s Candy Bar virtual candyland room, a never-before seen art installation by Italian artist Marcello Jori, a live Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and boxing match with World Champion fighters on a custom-made boxing ring, and live music by DJ Le Spam & Spam Allstars and National YoungArts Foundation.

SunTrust International Center’s renovation includes a fully redesigned lobby with acrylic-oil paintings by artist Marcello Jori (“Giacimento di Passioni”) and modernized elevator cabs and corridors. The renovations also include 20,000 square feet of Class A office suites, a 4,000 square foot Bayview Sky Terrace, a full-service gym with yoga, pilates and group health classes, and a world-class conference facility.

The center also features elegant travertine finishes throughout the interior and exterior of the building, with portions of the tower adorned in the natural Italian stone known as Lasa Venato Vena de’ Oro. The center boasts 420,857 rentable square feet of office space, each floor averaging 16,400 square feet, with customizable tenant layouts and 1,415 parking spaces.

The 31-story office tower offers spectacular views of Miami’s Intracoastal Waterway and skyline, and it is set among the city’s high-class central business district.
