The RMS Queen Mary, now permanently docked at Long Beach, California, was once the Concord of ocean liners. Sailing twice weekly, the Cunard steam ship offered express service from Southampton, England to New York City.

With abundant photographs of first class amenities, in colorful 1950’s style eye popping detail, the book offers an insider’s behind the scenes vantage point.

Myths of haunted spirits who wander about even today. Adventures included details on the gay subculture aboard the Queen Mary and other ocean liners at a time when homosexuality was outlawed in England.
