Beltway Insider: Trump Fires FBI Director; Attempts To Stop Russian Probe; Macron; Global Cyber-Attack

President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey this week as the former officials refused to provide information to the beleaguered president on the facts of the investigation into his dealings pre-election with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to Gallup, President Trump's job approval, over the past week, increased one percentage point to 39% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness as President decreased one percentage point to 56%.

Trump Attempts To Stop Russian Probe

President Donald Trump sent Shock waves through Washington's inner circles this week as he terminated, effective immediately, the employment of FBI Director James Comey just as the probe into the President's pre-election had taken a new twist.

The allegation of political wrongdoing, pre-election campaign fraud, and colluding with a foreign government or entity, has dogged President Trump since the election results that elected the former New York developer to the highest office in the nation.

Former Director James Comey had briefed senate in his days before becoming another causality of a paranoid President on the investigation into what has collectively known as the Russian Investigation.

"Regarding the termination of the former FBI Director Comey.  The President, over the last several months, lost confidence in Director Comey.  The DOJ lost confidence in Director Comey.  Bipartisan members of Congress made it clear that they had lost confidence in Director Comey.  And most importantly, the rank and file of the FBI had lost confidence in their director.  Accordingly, the President accepted the recommendation of his Deputy Attorney General to remove James Comey from his position," said Principal Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee- Sanders.

The picture, of course, coming from the White House is of a man who has outlived his usefulness helming the Justice Department. It is also important to note the Justice Department, as in any investigation, may actually work investigations limiting knowledge of members of other branches of governments.

The Russian influence is not new to this administration as weekly a new member of Donald Trump's Senior team is recusing, resigning, or simply dodging questions on Russian involvement. The most obvious debacle for the President was retired Lieutenant General Michael Flynn and his active involvement with Russian and the Russian president.

NBC News reported "A senior congressional official with direct knowledge told NBC News that James Comey briefed Congress in recent days that he had requested more staff and money for the Russian Investigation from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein."

The same report denies those meetings happened and that Comey had requested any increases.

A Nation State Terror Attack

In the aftermath of the Presidential election the world took stock of potential reasons the chauvinistic, bigoted, prejudice and unprepared, limited educated with no plan, could have possibly legitimately won enough of the electoral votes to secure the presidential victory.

Subsequently, there are only two options first conservative America lived vicariously in his world, that of high flying, womanizing, billionaire and possibly his niche for financial prowess would trickle down into the average citizen's life and they would eventually by the end of a four-year term be financially better off.

The second reason has been the continual focus and speculation: Mr. Trump or a member of his immediate family made a deal with the Russian government to influence the election through a cyber -attack.

The world is privy to possibly a tenth of the cyber-attacks nations face daily and the facts remain the most decisive defense increases are to fight on the cyber front.

From the destruction of the Iranian Nuclear centrifuge under former President George Bush, which was completed through a series of computer virus' sent from Mossad headquarters in Israel and the NSA building in Washington, D.C. to Drone warfare which, from military installations in the desert in Las Vegas, American soldiers are carrying out airstrikes in the Syria, and other nations.

The capabilities of cyber warfare and defense destruction of foreign entities can be completed from the air-conditioned offices in secure locations around the world. War and wartime targeting has changed significantly in the past 20 years.

A source at the state department has acknowledged the existence of Russian cyber influences in the foundational infrastructure of the Internet system. In hosting services around the world, banned nation states have covertly encrypted websites.

The second theory is the election was interfered with by a foreign government, Russia, to influence the election in some way.

"Donald Trump was and remains encased in the definition of the Orwellian theory which named after George Orwell, specifically states, "is an adjective describing a situation, idea, or societal condition that is identified as being destructive to the welfare of a free and open society."

So how could the President Elect of the United States be this damaging to society and still be elected?

The Beltway Insider has been covering the nation's top stories from inside the beltway for nearly four years after beginning political coverage in 2012 with the last Presidential election. Understanding the national and international landscape, players, situations, and concerns is key to understanding the theory of a hacktivist or nation state cyber-attack.

Motive

Currently Russian President Vladimir Putin, a good friend, and the only foreign leader to have called Mr. Trump to congratulate him, is under suspension from the G7 for his aggressive militaristic violations against neighboring Ukraine. The sectorial sanctions are crippling the Russian economy; he is alienated from every foreign leader with only Bashar al-Assad, the dictatorial leader of Syria as his common conspirator.

The violations of territorial sovereignty, moving against a foreign nation or border, can be considered an act of war. The situation was not taken lightly by any of the key players, especially the United States and the Ukraine who to understand the political climate as the Ukraine was in the middle of democratic transition moving them closer to European Union acceptance.

Putin, to upset the balance of the Ukraine, moved on the Crimea Peninsula, after amassing troops during the Sochi Olympics. He has remained in Crimea and amassed troops along the eastern border which continue to threaten and intimidate the people of the Ukraine and neighboring countries.

Computer Virus

The last Republican Presidency led by George W. Bush, the 43rd President of the United States oversaw a computer program designed to destroy the Iranian Nuclear arsenal from the comfort of the National Security Agency (NSA) in Washington. The sophisticated code, titled Olympic Games, was discovered after it had caused major malfunctions throughout the computer infrastructure in Europe.

The cyber intelligence does exist to create code, very specific, narrow code that will by-pass other grids and infrastructures, with missile deftness move through the cyber ecosystem to its target and blossom and through specific instruction effect only the areas pre-determined.

The one other issue would be how to facilitate a Nation state terror attack without raising concerns: A close race, all the cities where Mrs. Clinton held strong leads couldn't be touched, and taking the rural communities by strong using the philosophy that the country bumpkins would be uniformed, have an aversion to female leadership and be more entrenched in the American dream than city dwellers which is a turn of the 20th century belief: Agrarian verses the beginning of the manufacturing era.

Donald Trump would clearly want this outcome as would other Republican leaders with more knowledge and understanding of the cyber defense programs. With the nation and world believing Trump is ill-equipped to handle the responsibilities, is intellectually lazy and as everyone knows is skilled at brokering a deal, or the art of the deal, a possibility of a pre-arranged cyber-attack, by Mr. Trump or more likely by republican leaders to oust him from office creates a perfect scenario for the Republican takeover by actual politicians and righting the listing political ship.

The Russians have admitted to having contact with Mr. Trump throughout the election season. The Olympic Games program did destroy the Iranian Nuclear Program. The Russians are suspended from the G7 and the sanctions are crippling their economy. The Beltway Insider - November 13, 2016.

Comey Plays Both Sides

For his part, former Director James Comey may have played right into the hand that had planned to terminate him as a left over from the Obama Administration.

Comey, who was loyal to the President, as noted in the termination letter, providing him with information that he was not the subject of an investigation and he also held an allegiance to Hillary Clinton, and refused to lobby charges against the former Democratic Presidential Candidate.

Meeting with former President Bill Clinton on the tarmac days before the election in New Mexico and the subsequent announcement that his office would not seek formal charges against Clinton, Comey gave the appearance of allegiance to Mrs. Clinton.

President Trump is facing an increasing hostile public as he has repeatedly failed to fulfil any of his campaign promises. His family is looting the treasure, he is creating big media opportunities to show the donation of his paychecks to departments that can't accept the funds, while his family racks up hundreds of thousands of dollars in secret service fees. For those loyal to Mr. Trump having the former democratic challenger prosecuted should have been the simplest and as her voice is rising from the ashes, she is stronger as he becomes weaker and obviously incapable.

Even as evidence suggests that multiple members of Mr. Trump's inner circle have had considerable involvement with Vladimir Putin and members of his inner circle, the President had made it clear as had his spokesperson that he wants the investigation completed.

It has been reported that James Comey violated Chain of Command which resulted in his termination.

"The Director of the FBI, who reports to the Deputy Attorney General, going around the chain of command.  That's simply not okay.  That's not something that is allowed in the justice system, nor should it be.  That's a huge problem. That, along with the corrections that had to take place over the last, I believe, 48 hours, those are all big problems and another, I think, kind of final piece that pushed the President to make the decision that he did." Huckabee-Sanders said.

Trump Plans to Revamp Inner Circle

In other news, it has been reported president Trump plans to revamp his inner circle yet again and possible terminate Press Secretary Sean Spicer, Chief of Staff Reince Preibus, and top strategist Steve Bannon. It has also been reported that President Trump may do any with Press Briefings entirely.

France – Newly Elected President Emmanuel Macron Installation Ceremony

Emmanuel Macron, gave his first official speech as President during the Installation ceremony at the Elysee Palace.

In his acceptance speech, President Macron spoke of the resiliency and leadership of the French people and the recent election that was watched and analyzed by the world wondering would France chose forward or return to the past?

"The world and Europe today more than ever need France. They need a France that is strong and assured about its destiny. They need a France that holds high the voice of liberty and solidarity," Macron said. He pledged to "give back to the French their confidence in themselves" in order to surmount French society's divisions. "Everything that contributes to France's vigour and prosperity will be implemented," he promised as reported on France 24.

He also spoke of the knowledge that France with all its current struggles wouldn't magically change with the election results and the choice the investment of the French people is to a strong nation, a strong reputation and a belief in the future.

Macron, 39, is the youngest President to be elected in modern history. Whether that is a signal of a desire of the people to choose a vibrant youthful leader and also a resounding rejection of the politics of the rights.

Former French President Hollande met with the incoming Macron in a private meeting prior to Macron addressing gathered leaders and invited guests to witness his inauguration.

World - Global Cyber Attack Effects 200,000 Worldwide

A global cyber ransom ware attack

This cyberattack, which effected more than 200,000 people, governments and business throughout the world has been describe as the tip of the iceberg. With Monday looming in the United States and the markets nearly opened in Hong Kong and other Asian regions investors, citizens and governments are poised waiting for the possibility of a fresh attack

The global carrier service Federal-Express, with operations based in the United states was effected by Friday's global attack as seven nations in South America; Telecoms and gas companies were hit in Spain; In England and Scotland the NHS National Health System was hit creating problems on every level of patient care from medical records to prescriptions to doctor's surgeries schedules to pharmaceuticals the entirety of medical services and needs. Renault Factories were shut down in France, even Russia was oddly transparent on the damage of the Cyber-attack that effected 1000 of the Interior Ministries computers.

Essentially the experts are on earthquake watch waiting for the "big one" that will dismantle selected computer systems globally. Cyber experts around the world have weighed in on the next move for the cyber terrorists who is expected to unleash a second wave demonstrating to the world the ability to shut down infrastructure system and worse even if only for momentarily effect all infrastructure systems including transportation.

Becky Pinkard, from Digital Shadows, a UK-based cyber-security firm, told AFP news agency that it would be easy for the initial attackers or "copy-cat authors" to change the virus code so it is difficult to guard against.

"Even if a fresh attack does not materialise on Monday, we should expect it soon afterwards," the BBC reported.
