If the mistakes committed by the former president of the National Assembly are patent and inexcusable in the light of his duties, to question the functioning of the ministries and the funds granted is now a necessity.

What will remain, however, will mark the spirits is, in addition to the discredit that the actions of the former minister has led to ecological action, the feeling that despite efforts by the President of the Republic, the practices of what is called the old world are still very present and, above all, well anchored in the customs of those who accede to ministerial burdens.

This is in no way about exonerating the minister at fault, far from it because its behavior further tarnished a very weakened political class, but rather to question the relevance of our mode of operation in this area. A real reflection is to be carried out on the functioning of our ministries, on the allocation of the funds granted to each one, to a monitoring protocol to apply ...

In short! To reform in depth a system that once again showed its limits by the excesses it is capable of generating. Not to engage this reflection would be masochism ...
