Israel, who has long used the strategy of targeted killings to keep the enemy on the run, is praising President Trump for his "bold, decisive action of targeting and killing of Abū Bakr al-Baghdadi," said Israeli Mayor David Rubin.

President Trump "has outdone them all with this bold, decisive action of targeting and killing of Abū Bakr al-Baghdadi that politicians on both sides of the aisle should be praising," David Rubin, author of "Trump and the Jews," said.

With the Number One ISIS Leader killed, those who doubted President Trump's resolve after the withdrawal of the few American troops from Syria, are now singing a different tune.

Let's hear more from David Rubin in Jerusalem:

Q. Who was this ISIS leader that was just killed and how significant was he to the War on Terror?

A. Abū Bakr al-Baghdadi was the #1 ISIS leader in Iraq. ISIS, or the Islamic State, the most radical terror group in the world. Taking out this terror leader is quite significant.

Q. When has Israel used targeted killings in the past?

A. Israel has used targeted killings for many years, mainly against the leaders of Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad. It's a very effective tactic, especially in the wild Middle East.

Q. Do targeted killings stop terror groups like ISIS and Hamas from trying to slaughter innocent people?

A. They will always persist in their evil efforts but forcing their leaders to hide like frightened mice has been proven to be an effective means of deterrence – the best defense is always a good offense.

Q. What do you want to say to those who, after the withdrawal from Syria, doubted this president's resolve?

A. As one who lives in a very bad neighborhood called the Middle East, I am telling you that targeted killing sends a clear message to ISIS, but also serves as a warning to fair-weather allies, such as Erdogan in Turkey, that Trump is resolute in decisively confronting the enemies of Judeo-Christian civilization.

A. What do you think of the Democrats who seem almost ambivalent about the Baghdadi killing?

Q. It's almost comical to watch them stumbling over their own words – of course, praising the military and intelligence, but carefully avoiding mentioning that supposedly rambunctious guy in the White House who very methodically sent the heroes on the operation.

Q. Was Israeli intelligence involved in this operation?

A. You may have noticed that in the president's press conference, he was asked for specifics about the intelligence that led to trapping Baghdadi. His response was, "I prefer not to comment". Very often, that's a code word for Israel, but I also prefer not to comment.
