Notorious Cold Blooded Killer to Face Murder Charges

Juan Elias Carlos, 21, a pint sized killing machine, has been returned to the United States to face murder charges in the execution style deaths of his former lover and her two year old son.

 

Vanessa Argueta, 19, and her son Diego Torres, 2, were found February 4, 2012 in a wooded area of Central Islip, Long Island, in Suffolk County, New York. Both had been shot multiple times at close range.

Carlos a member of the notorious MS-13 gang, an international organization of ruthless, brutal, merciless criminals, and two accomplishes Adalberto Ariel Guzman and Rene Mendez Mejia arranged to pick up Argueta and her son.

Allegedly, Carlos, with full intent, knowledge and premeditation, lured Argueta to her death, on the premise of going to dinner. With two accomplishes, Argueta was ambushed and shot in the head and chest.

When young Diego, according to Federal authorities, saw his mother fall, he began to cry and was shot. He grabbed the leg of Carlos, someone he knew in innocence as a father figure, who then shot him in the head.  

Carlos was returned to the United states with the assistance of Nicaraguan authorities, one day after the cold blooded gangbanger was placed on the FBI's "Most Wanted List" for the February 2010 murders.

Rival gang members convinced the diminutive murderer, who stands barely 5"4', information they had obtained had come from Argueta. The retaliatory hit was carried out with permission of the Carlos' leader

Rene Mendez Mejia pled guilty and Adalberto Ariel Guzman was convicted for his participation in the 2010 murders. Both are awaiting sentencing.
