President Donald Trump announced the death of the Islamic State leader, Abu Nakr-al Baghdadi, as American forces staged a pre-dawn raid which captured the former terrorist barricaded with three children, in a dead-end tunnel, pleading for his life.

President Trump's job approval rating, which was tracked for the two-week time period ending October 25, 2019, decreased two percentage points to 41% of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President and those who disapprove of his effectiveness increased one percentage points to 55%. A slight 3% of the population polled have no opinion. Ratings are calculated bi-monthly.

Trump Okay's Midnight Raid, ISIS Leader Killed

"Last night, the United States brought the world's number one terrorist leader to justice. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead.  He was the founder and leader of ISIS, the most ruthless and violent terror organization in the World.  The United States has been searching for Baghdadi for many years.  Capturing or killing Baghdadi has been the top national security priority of my Administration.  U.S. Special Operations forces executed a dangerous and daring nighttime raid into Northwestern Syria to accomplish this mission," President Trump said in a released statement.

Dismantling and ultimately destroying the unpredictable and erratic terrorist organization had been the priority of the United States, its allies, and even to some extent its adversaries, as President Trump stepped away from the traditional allied support and sought and received assistance from "the nations of Russia, Turkey, Syria and Iraq, and I also want to thank the Syrian Kurds for certain support they were able to give us."

The nighttime raid in Northwest Syria, Special Forces Operation initiated the two-hour long siege after ensuring that compound where Baghdadi had been hiding had been cleared. Eleven children were removed unharmed, and those who remained, which included a regiment of ISIS fighters meant to protect the murderous zealot either surrendered or were killed in the gunfire exchange.

President Trump stated, "He [Baghdadi] died after running into a dead-end tunnel, whimpering and crying and screaming.  The only ones remaining were Baghdadi in the tunnel, who had dragged three children with him to certain death.  He reached the end of the tunnel, as our dogs chased him down. He ignited his vest, killing himself and the three children.  His body was mutilated by the blast, but test results gave certain and positive identification."

The Operation was monitored by President Trump, Vice President Pence and other members of the President Cabinet as well as members of the Joint Chief's. Continuing the dismantling and destruction of the Islamic State has remained a priority for both the Obama and the Trump Administration.

World News: Netanyahu Fails to Form Israeli Coalition Government: What’s Next? Possible “Free-for-all!”

As ISIS has suffered severe setbacks since President Trump's predecessor, President Obama and Presidential candidate Joe Biden, and allied nations formed a sixty-nation coalition to mount a global strategy to downgrade and ultimately destroy the Caliphate issued by the Islamic State against all nations.

"The reach of America is long," President Trump said. "Baghdadi has been on the run for many years. He and the losers who worked with him – in some cases people who had no idea what they were getting into killed many people.  Their murder of innocent Americans Jim Foley, Steven Sotloff, Peter Kassig, and Kayla Mueller were especially heinous.  The shocking publicized murder of a Jordanian pilot who was burned alive in a cage for all to see, and the execution of Christians in Libya and Egypt, as well as the genocidal mass murder of Yazidis, rank ISIS among the most depraved organizations in history."

No Americans soldiers were killed, two US military members were slightly wounded and have since returned to duty and a working military dog was also wounded.

The safety and secrecy of the mission remained of highest importance with all other nations in the region receiving word only that American forces would be moving through the region. The need to know mission was handled by the United States with limited on ground and intelligence from other nations. The United states worked with the Global Coalition, Iraqi Security forces, and Syrian Democratic forces to bring an end to this reign of terror.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for more than 300 beheadings, committed genocide of the Yazidi people, destroyed the ancient city of Palmyra, and its irreplaceable artifacts, the introduction of vehicle ramming attacks, the November 13, 2015 coordinated attacks in Paris, and other terrorist attacks throughout Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the most senior member of the Islamic State of Iraq and Leviathan (ISIL) or ISIS to be killed. The Trump administration has continued to work with nations throughout the world to ensure the final end of both ISIS and Al Qaeda, which was responsible for the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, The Pentagon and the murders of American citizens onboard a fourth plane, United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, PA.

President Trump, even while facing impeachment hearings, is enjoying he success of the Special Forces Operations, and continues to make the ultimate destruction of the Islamic State a priority for his organization. As he continues to campaign for reelection, he is bringing an end to a season of horror, murder, and terror at the hands of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and dismantling the leadership of the once feared Islamic State.

Turkey Cease Fire

The Trump Administration announced this week the lifting of all sanctions against the Turkish government "imposed on October 14th in response to Turkey's original offensive moves against the Kurds in Syria's northeast border region.  So the sanctions will be lifted unless something happens that we're not happy with," the president said.

The sanctions were in response to the Turkish movement across the north western Syrian Border in what has become Kurdish homeland. After the Turkish government violated the sovereignty of the Syrian border.

Vice President Mike Pence, along with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, negotiated the cease fire and as the president said, the nations in the area will ultimately "take on the responsibility of helping Turkey and Syria police their borders."

American Troops will stay in the region to assist in protecting the Syrian Oil Fields and the 20 miles "Safe Zone which is intended to be a relocation area for displaced Syrian Kurds who fled the region during the Syrian Civil War which began in 2011, at the rise of the Arab Spring.

Impeachment Hearings Continue

A rare Saturday session was held yesterday in the continuing closed-door impeachment hearings lead by Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA). Ambassador Philip Reeker testified under subpoena in

The week in review included an attempt by House Republican leaders to gain access to the closed-door hearing stating the fact that they were being held in private was a violation. Calling the process, a "sham" and demanding access House Republicans stormed the room disrupting the process, violating rules, procedures, ethics of the office and decorum.

"Cell phones, for example, are not allowed in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (also known as SCIFs). But the Republican members who barged into those facilities had taken their phones with them inside the room. Democrats were also contemplating whether to bring in the U.S. Capitol Police in order to drag out the protesting members.  The standoff began shortly after a press conference in the morning, in which GOP members denounced what they called Democrats' "sham" impeachment process—a complaint that they've made central to their impeachment pushback," The Daily Beast reported.

The impeachment hearings also gained strength this week with the Supreme Court's ruling that the Department of Justice must release full unredacted transcripts of the Mueller Report for review.

"U.S. District Judge Beryl A. Howell granted a request from the Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee for access to material that was redacted from Robert Mueller's report earlier this year, as well as exhibits and transcripts referenced in the report," Marketwatch.com reported.

Trudeau's Party Wins. . . Barely

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau led his party to a minority victory securing a second term with 157 seats. Losing the majority Trudeau forged ahead breaking new ground, becoming only the second government in Canadian history to secure a win while receive "less than 35 percent of the national popular vote" according to Wikipedia.

Trudeau's Liberal Party lost 20 seats and secured a popular vote of 5,915,950 or 33.07% of the vote, Conservative Andrew Scheer party gained 26 seats and won a majority of the vote at 6,155,662 or 34.41% of the vote. The four remaining parties divided the remains seats.

In order to win back the confidence of the people Trudeau has his work cut out for him and needs to return to the grass roots efforts that won him a majority with 39.47 % of the vote in 2015.

Election 2020: Candidates Meltdown, November/December Debates Take Shape

Democratic Presidential Candidate Tulsi Gabbard has announced she will not seek reelection in her district as she indicated via twitter she can best serve the people as "the your next commander and chief."

Unfortunately, Ms. Gabbard, who spoke eloquently during the first debates, establishing her polices and presenting a strong presidential appeal, imploded in a recent verbal twitter tirade against Hillary Clinton, the former Democratic Presidential candidate, former Senator, Secretary of State, and former FLOTUS. Calling Ms. Clinton, "the rot of the democratic party" rings of President Donald Trump and someone unable to handle the verbal sparring which happens daily. Overreacting shows insecurity. Too bad.

As the democratic prepare for both the November and December debates, the Democratic National Committee continues to increase the bar, expecting candidates to increase both funding and popularity among the voting population with each debate by setting incremental increases. The December debate hold a minor increase.

The Democratic National Committee just announced its guidelines for the November/December debates held in Georgia and Los Angeles respectively.

With 373 days until the next presidential election the top three candidates remain former Vice President Joe Biden, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, and former Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren each of whom have qualified for the November debate.

The remainders of those candidates qualified are Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Andrew Yang, Cory Booker. Tulsi Gabbard and Beta O'Rourke have both increased in contributors and polling average and as of today, have not qualified for the debate.

Three months before the first of February's four early decision primaries Iowa Caucuses with 41 Democratic and 40 Republican Delegates, New Hampshire with 24 Democratic and 22 Republican, Nevada Democratic Caucuses with 36 Democratic Delegates, and South Carolina Primary with 54 Democratic delegates.
