LUXE Worldwide with ultra luxurious properties around the world includes within its portfolio some of the most exclusive boutique hotels located in every chic, fashionable and trendy neighborhood in every destination city, throughout the world.

LUXE Rodeo

LUXE Rodeo, located inside the golden triangle on one of the world’s most famous exclusive addresses and the only hotel located directly on Rodeo, offers eighty-six guest rooms and a penthouse with sweeping wraparound views of Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills.

On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge, with al fresco seating great for people watching, has recently introduced a new menu that provides happy hour choices, dining options, specialty drinks and delicious wine and traditional top shelf choices.

The LUXE Rodeo is a wonderful dining option on any occasion and is fortunate to have the very kind General Manager Marcus Mueller who, during my most recent visit, greeted me at the door explained the specialty offerings. He then introduced Chef Jonathan Martorella, the LUXE Rodeo Chef de Cuisine, who explained his background and how he came to understand the complexities of preparing authentic Asian cuisine.  Chef Jonathan Martorella, after graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy, spent many years working his way through the ranks at several Beverly Hills establishments. His training has served him well. He is an excellent chef and the delicious culinary options will satisfy even the most distinguished palette.

Most recently, LUXE Rodeo celebrated Chinese New Year with specially prepared traditional cuisine which included three authentic and delicious appetizers of Shrimp Dumplings, Pork filled Boa Buns and Vegetable Spring Rolls lightly fried to a golden brown served with Soy ginger and Duck Sauce.

Also served were Entrees, including Imperial Beef with vegetables, Egg Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables and Whole trout, lightly fried to perfection, served with steamed white rice and soy dipping sauce.  I chose the Trout and it was delicious; Flaky and tender, with a thin, lightly battered crust. Adding the soy dipping sauce to the white rice and the Trout enhanced the flavors of both.

A traditional Mango pudding was served for dessert. Very cool, clean and refreshing served with diced Mango atop the pudding.  They even served authentic fortune cookies!

Having the opportunity to enjoy several culinary events at LUXE Rodeo one thing is sure. You will never be disappointed as the cuisine is always superb, the wine smooth and delicious, the service impeccable and ambiance exquisite!
