Miller, Bill Skarsgard, Brianna Hildebrnd, Leslie Uggams, Shioli Kutsuna, Karan Soni, and introducing Julian Dennison as Russell. And more than 101 bad guys who die in extra roles and a few faces everyone will recognize.

Deadpool 2 opens with voice over as our hero, Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds, after a week of killing the world's scum from all corners of the world, comes home to his girl, Vanessa, played Morena Baccarin to celebrate their anniversary.

Breaking In Review - Gabrielle Union is One Bad Mother

Evil, just like bad guys, has a way of surviving and as the two are talking about family, baby names and life, suddenly time slows and with a heightened sense of foreshadowing, Deadpool senses the killers are at his front door. Deflecting a bullet, the trigger man fires and strikes his girl.

With the last hope of a normal existence of wife, life and family gone, Deadpool is hurled into a aggravated post-traumatic stress moment which drives him to decide to end it all. And with the flick of a lit cigarette . . .

When the smoke clear, Deadpool is a shattered man bent on revenge. Broken, with no reason to live, Colossus, the metal mutant, comes to take him to a place where he can rest, regroup and heal. Hating that he is in mutant lodge and no one is home, none of the flashy guys are there to greet him, or so it seems, and suddenly with only Colossus, to guide him through the maze of mutant training, Deadpool finally admits he can be a mutant too.

Negosonic Teenage Warhead, played by Brianna Hildebrand, is also there to guide him as he tackles mutant training when suddenly a the news is blaring of a mutant gone wild which is where we met Russell, played by newcomer Julian Dennison, a fire starter. When Deadpool tries to command the situation it leads to trouble and he soon finds himself and Russell locked with a device than sedates their mutant powers.

Off to a prison, Russell and Wade are fresh and targeted by every person in this time, and as we see, the future, as Cable, played by Josh Brolin, who appears to be half man, half machine, melded to together by steel, comes from the future.

Avengers: Infinity Wars Review – Epic Saga Falls Short Under High Body Count

This is where the film changes again with Cable and Deadpool in an explosive battle, filled with plenty of stunts, special effects, big guns and explosions. Needing a team to rescue Russell, Deadpool and Weasel, the bartender, played by T.J. Miller, put together a X-Force of weekend warriors who possess what they believe are special skills that can save them when backed against the wall.

As Deadpool is a film in three acts, this is where the second act ends and the final battle to save tomorrows begins.

With Deadpool being a Marvel franchise film, one can expect the awesomeness of the brand. And as it is Deadpool, we can also count on a super high body count, bloody, raging violence, with deadpanned humor to dispel the jarring shock to the senses.

The story contains parodies of great films, we’ve loved Terminator, X-Men, Logan, Wolverine, and those familiar faces show up throughout in cameos. The story is nearly out of control, with limited reigns or boundaries.

The dialogue was genuine, with moments of blistering realism. The genius of the film is creating this new, uncontrollable mutant and introducing new characters that take the X-Men Franchise, mutants, brand up a notch with some new characters interchangeable.

The authenticity of the characters they have built is definitely present as they charge through, ramped up, creating savage, untamed, and uncontrollable larger-than-life scenes.

For the fans of Deadpool, the foul-mouthed, I used to lead a simple life of a chef, the second installment it gives them exactly what they want on steroids.

A lethal combination, Deadpool 2 is a full on, full frontal, mega-watt explosion, with wild special effects, awesome pyrotechnics, a sprinkle of all the favorite X-Men mutants, and even romance.

Not to be missed! Deadpool 2 opens Thursday, May 17, 2018.
