ARC Entertainment Acquires “Lullaby”

LOS ANGELES (Feb. 6, 2014) – ARC Entertainment has acquired all North American rights to the heartwarming and life affirming drama LULLABY.  Written and directed by acclaimed fine artist Andrew Levitas, the film stars an ensemble cast including Garrett Hedlund (Tron:Legacy, Inside Llewyn Davis), Academy Award Nominee Richard Jenkins (The Visitor, Eat, Pray, Love,), Academy Award Nominee Amy Adams (American Hustle, Her, The Fighter, Man of Steel).

"Lullaby" also stars Jessica Brown Findlay (Winter's Tale and TV’s Downton Abbey), Academy Award Nominee Anne Archer (Clear and Present Danger, Fatal Attraction), Academy Award Nominee Terrence Howard (Hustle & Flow, Iron Man), Academy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls, Winnie Mandela) and Jessica Barden (Hanna). 

The deal was announced today by ARC Entertainment’s CEO Trevor Drinkwater.

LULLABY explores the power of life, its transformative moments and reconnections between loved ones. Estranged from his family, Jonathan (Hedlund) discovers his father’s decision to take himself off life support in forty-eight hours.  What follows is an unexpected and powerful journey of love, laughter, and forgiveness. 

LULLABY was produced by Cary Brokaw (Closer, Angels in America) and Andrea Stone-Brokaw. The deal was negotiated by ARC Entertainment’s Head of Acquisition, Scott Moesta and CAA and Cary Brokaw on behalf of the filmmakers.

Recent ARC Entertainment releases include Sweetwater starring January Jones, Jason Isaacs and Jason Aldean, Big Sur with Jean-Marc Barr, Kate Bosworth, Josh Lucas, Radha Mitchell, Balthazar Getty as well as the the Jeremy Lin documentary Linsanity.
