Pitching of short film debutants will take place in Kaliningrad on August 21-22 as part of the IX Russian Short Film Festival "In Short" and the All-Russian Youth Film Forum with a grand prize of 1 million rubles.

In each nomination, the winners will receive 500,000 rubles, as well as possible production support from partners and experts of the competition. The festival will take place from August 20-22 in Kaliningrad.

To participate in the Pitching, you need to register on the Moviestart KinoCluster platform and fill out a questionnaire in the "My Projects" section, as well as attach a synopsis and project script to the questionnaire.
