Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics are being implemented daily into the workforce. As a result, modernization of the workforce is imperative to meet global demands with some positions key in helping business meet new demands.

 

Automation helps industries operate safer as machines can perform some of the more dangerous tasks without the same concerns for safety as humans have. Also, it increases companies' productivity as more tasks can be accomplished in a much shorter time.

However, it is the use of automation that has caused massive disruption of jobs lately. New job roles have emerged and the workforce has to meet today's unique demands.
