Death of A Nation Review - A Mid-Term Republican Missile Aimed Right at Democratic Voters

Death of a Nation, from Pure Flix and D'Souza Media, present a documentary that while interesting uses extreme tactics to drive home foregone conclusions regarding the Democratic candidates that may or may not be factual and true.

Directed by Dinesh D'Souza and Bruce Schooley, Death of a Nation has a limited cast used in reenactments of pivotal points in World War II history, Pavel Kriz, portrays Adolf Hitler, Karel Dobry, a Gestapo Chief, James McVan; Otto Gunsche, Victoria Chilap portrayed Sophie Scholl.

In reality this documentary has several beginnings, for the purpose of the film the real beginning is the replay of all too familiar 2016 Presidential Campaign and a parade of pundits, politicians, and celebrities save one saying in fact that Donald Trump will never be President.

Ann Coulter, is shown replying when asked which Republican candidate, of the declared candidates has the best chance of winning t o which she replied, "Donald Trump."

Death of a Nation then moves into Election night, replaying the nauseating history in living color, and the same pundits, politicians and celebrities reacting.

Death of a Nation introduces Nazi Germany and The Klu Klux Klan, fascist groups birth from Democrats to add weight to this spear of fear he is hoping to drive into the souls of Americans hoping that a seed of doubt and incapacitating fear will led them straight to the republican side of the voters booth.

The documentary introduces interesting points in history that should be examined further including the reenactment of German leaders, stumped over the definition of Jewish, 100% Jew; 1/2 Jew; ¼ Jewish defined by linage and not religion and introducing documents of the United States Segregated South, and then one-drop definition that defined the Negro, as the blueprint for defining what a Jew was under German law.

Death of a Nation also examined the mass protests in many major cities after Trumps election and in some cases the violence that broke out he used to draw parallels between the rise of American Antifi, the anti-facist militant groups in the United States who use violence to attract attention to the cause, and Mousilini's Brown Shirts, Hitler's SS, and the KKK.

Each of these groups, in their purest sense were devoted to preserving country through violence if necessary, a platform that D'Souza is part of the Democratic heritage.

This documentary is a mid-term missile aimed at keeping the left, left and the right in Donald Trump's pocket, responding to the fearmongering tactics similar to those used in the Disney animated favorite, Beauty and the Beast, as the village chauvinist, Gaston captures the magic mirror and flashing it before the townspeople, he explains his booming authoritative voice, show me the beast to which fears strikes the core of the people who believe the larger than life Gaston will save them.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, holds up the magic mirror and shows the people a picture of what America will be under, at that time Hillary and now any Democrat, and in the same breath paints an image of betters days, not the face of the Beast, and instead of the Democratic beast they see peaceful days of prosperity of sunny days, white picket fences, two cars in every driveway, the perfect American family, employed with more than enough. There is nothing wrong with that vision; there are elements to it that are simply unattainable.

D'Souza picks up on the fearmongering tactics by introducing what could be direct correlations between the Democrats and the introduction of Nazi Germany, the KKK and the current rise of Antifa.

There is saying in the industry that it is always a miracle that any film gets made, none more so than Death of a Nation. His support of the Trump Administration is surprising and of course, many people in the audience were cheering at particular points.

Death of a Nation is a fine work of fiction, imaginary and creative, with some truth added for authenticity.

Death of a Nation is in theaters everywhere.
